I recently caught an episode of Oprah Winfrey to see what makes Oprah tick these days and found the answer in a quote by Oprah.

"Never tear others down, always build yourself up, Never tear down, always build up". -Oprah Winfrey

There is a ton of wisdom in that quote, and that's where the problem lies. Oprah's "Never Tear Down, Always Build Up" is such a solid philosophy that it becomes too easy to follow that advice 100% of the time.

One thing I have learned in life is that there may not be a true failsafe philosophy that works 100% of the time.

If Oprah follows her own wisdom 100% of the time, it requires Oprah believing she can only improve people if they want to build themselves up. Again, another solid foundational premise. However, there are times when what someone really needs is for someone else to help them fight an aggressor so that the aggressor backs off, or at the vert least treats the aggrieved person, fairly.

Oprah's philosophy of "never tear down, always build up", does not work in a triangular situation where a group or individual needs help battling an unfair foe. In Oprah's fantasy world come to life, it appears Oprah avoids triangular confrontations no matter how badly mismatched the two sides are.

Oprah is a fountain of success, come along and watch Oprah's fountain florish and it may just wash upon you as well.

The Oprah Winfrey show I recently saw was Oprah's behind the scenes 25th anniversary show. I cringed at one point when Oprah glowingly talked about how reliable one of her producers was for coming to work every day even while that producer had family members dying from cancer.

The pain that I saw in that producers eyes while Oprah floated her own fountain of success a little higher by raving about the producers loyalty to her, was a pain I can relate to. Except I did the opposite to what the producer did, I kicked out the Oprahs from my life specifically because they were so self absorbed.

So it appears that part of floating one's own fountain of success higher and higher is to forget those whose personal situations cut into their devotion towards your fountain of success. Doesn't the U.S. just wreak of that attitude ever since Barack Obama became president?

Just ask Haiti.

Haiti is still struggling a year after their horrific earthquake. Apparently the United States has held hostage a majority of the funds that were already pledged to Haiti. So where did Oprah Winfrey just go for December of 2010? Oprah Winfrey went to Australia and apparently paid the way for a few hundred of her studio audience members as well.

The sad part is, Oprah has fed her own fountain of success to such an extravagant level that skipping Haiti and going to Australia was an obvious fountain swelling decision.

Could you imagine if Oprah had bellowed to her own studio audience in that big booming yell she seems to have grown fond of..."You're all going on a trip with meeeeeeee........ (the audience is giddy beyond belief)....toooooo

Haaaatttttiiiiiii.......!"

A trip to Haiti is one fountain sucking trip probably not in Oprah's future anytime soon. So while americans are being foreclosed on in record numbers and the promise of a foreclosure freeze usually means americans will be put out in the snow, and perhaps as many as a million homeowners were screwed over by Parallel Foreclosure......Haiti is undergoing massive suffering that could have been alleviated if the money already donated had actually gone to Haiti,

Meanwhile, Oprah Winfrey enjoyed her victory tour in Australia.

An interesting irony, Oprah Winfrey left Australia just as the northern part of Australia was hit with rain of literally biblical proportions. Oprah arrived in the U.S. just after tornados devastated several communities in several states on New Years Eve.

Is it Oprah's responsibility to save the world? That's a hard one to answer. However, once Oprah Winfrey injected herself into the 2008 presidential race, she kind of should do more than just keep filling her own fountain of success, no?

In the case of Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey to this day believes she helped unleash Barack Obama's fountain of success while not breaking down Hillary Clinton's fountain, and there in lies the delusional danger of never tear down, always build up.

There are at least a million homeowners who most likely would have been better off under a HIllary Clinton presidency than under Barack Obama's.

Nor will Oprah do anything but continue to support Barack Obama no matter how badly he intentionally bungles the foreclosure issue while pretending to be the good guy hamstrung by the same Wall Street fellows that are also his pals and even part of his cabinet.

Years ago Oprah Winfrey was tried in Texas for slander against the cattle industry. From what I have read, Oprah was a trembling wreck, fearful that she could go to jail. It was not until Oprah Winfrey met up with Dr. Phil was she able to conquer her own fear her impending trial.

At one of Oprah's presumably weakest moments in her life, it took triangulation to rescue her, courtesy of Dr. Phil.

Dr. Phil DIRECTLY HELPED Oprah Winfrey battle a specific enemy.

If Dr. Phil had pulled an Oprah, he would have waited until after Oprah battled her lawsuit demons to help Oprah fill her fountain of success, even if Oprah's fountain had been from jail.

Even though Oprah Winfrey benefited from triangulation Winfrey seems less likely to save others through triangulation. It appears Oprah's solution to how one should live their life is to avoid triangulation at all costs. If you need triangulation, don't ask Oprah for help until you become a devoted follower of hers who does not need saving. In essence give to the Romans what belongs to the Romans, give to Oprah when you are ready to focus your energies on Oprah.

When Jamie Dimon of Chase Bank inflicted unknown harm and financial devastation towards a million of his own credit card customers, not only dod Oprah Winfrey look the other way, but Oprah Magazine actually DID BUSINESS with Chase Bank.

The Sad Tale of Oprah Winfrey and her farewell Victory Tour while millions of americans suffer foreclosure fraud.

In just the past week, I have seen THREE Oprah Winfrey spoofs, one on Jimmy Kimmel, another on David Letterman, and another on Saturday Night live. While the spoofs are probably meant in fun and jest, in my opinion they are a condemnation of Oprah Winfrey's over the top narcissim during her retirement victory tour that appears to be lasting an ENTIRE television season!

In the past few weeks, without even looking, I have been exposed to Oprah Crying opposite Tyler Perry. Perry was recounting his horrible childhood, and began gushing at how Oprah inspired her, which got Oprah crying. It would be all well and good if Tyler Perry had not been also hawking his new movie, For Colored Girls, and if we didn't have 10,000 people being foreclosed upon every day in this country, many of them unfairly. It's just the wrong time to be making it about you, Oprah and your rich and successful friends.

Can there be anything more pathologically narcissistic than the site of two BILLIONAIRES crying on stage about how hard their lives were growing up, while every day in the United States 10 thousand homeowners are foreclosed upon?

Then there was Oprah crying as she and Whoopi Goldberg confab'd. It reminded me of the almost overdone sit com plot line where the protagonist on the show can't stand it when somebody doesn't like them. Gosh Oprah, how about asking Whoopi OFF CAMERA, why she doesn't like you, and not on! By the way, that may just be why Whoopi doesn't like you, your opportunizing a moment on camera, that could have been more productive doing off camera.

Just what is Whoopi Goldberg supposed to say ON AIR about why she doesn't like you, Oprah?

Then there was Barbara Walters asking Oprah if she was a lesbian and Oprah's vehement lie, er, denial that she was not. "Not that there's anything wrong with that" (a Seinfeld reference), but does anybody really believe Oprah's lesbian denials?

I have never bothered to calculate the percentage, but I believe that at least 50% of all female talk show hosts that have hosted their own television show, have been lesbians, and it could be as high as 75% if you count the couple who never came out. So this isn't really groundbreaking stuff even if Oprah is a lesbian. Anyways, all of these moments were rebroadcast on other television shows as excerpts, and these moments found me, I didn't find them, and I am the worse for it.

Speaking of Oprah's victory tour, she's in Australia for several weeks doing her farewell victory show and just a short while ago Hugh Jackman crashed into a light while making a special entrance for...Oprah Winfrey in Australia!

By the way, Aussies have been coming to the U.S. and gleefully buying up Florida properties for pennies on the dollars. Glad to see Oprah so in tune to her own countries troubles, snark, or that of Haiti's in their struggle to get any of that money that the United States allegedly raised for Haiti, but has held onto. But rumor has it that Oprah did fly over Haiti on her way to Australia and gave Haiti her blessings.

Has there ever been a television personality with the reputation and clout of Oprah Winfrey who has frittered away their final year in daytime programming by focusing on their own narcissistic journey, when the country and the audience that made her famous needed her to protect them from predatory banking and foreclosure practices that have been surfacing at an alarming pace?

Oprah Winfrey could have used the final year of her television show to expose the dastardly deeds of her own business acquaintances, such as those of Jamie Dimon of Chase Bank, but instead we are treated to a trail of Oprah's tears as guests tell her how much she has meant to them...meanwhile, TEN THOUSAND homes are foreclosed upon every day in the United States, and many of them are not being fairly treated.

The closest Oprah Winfrey went to addressing the home foreclosure issue that I can recall seeing is her focus on how YOU could take control of your own finances. That is fine and well, but what about predatory lending, foreclosure fraud, parallel foreclosure that americans are being victimized by Oprah? That woud require Oprah doing battle with the business establishment, and apparently, those who are Oprah Winfrey's closest friends.

I have a theory as to why Oprah Winfrey seems to have developed a weak spine. I think when the Texas Beef Council sued her for slander in the late 90's, and she had to go to Texas, (ironically, this was how she met Dr. Phil and he ultimately earned a shot at his own show), Oprah Winfrey was really really scared she could go to jail. She might have lost it if not for Dr. Phil.

It's my opinion that Oprah probably had a relapse of fear when the girls orphanage in South Africa that she funded ended up with accusations of abuse. I guess Oprah lives in fear that she will be sued if she gets involved in noble causes, and the result is a shell of what she could have done in her final year in the daytime television spotlight.

And of course, there is Barack Obama. Oprah Winfrey is quite proud that helped a racist country (that embraced her whole heartedly 25 years ago) elect Barack Obama, irrespective of his actual experience, to the presidency of the United States. Oprah did a show after the 2008 elections where she talked about Barack Obama being elected president as being as big of a deal as B.C. and A.D. (before christ, after death). I recall that Oprah show, she literally repeated herself two or three times on how miraculous it was that Barack Obama had been elected.

Over the past year I have started several blogs that focus on the sinister actions of Chase Bank and Jamie Dimon, along with other banking practices and maneuvers that are helping to create new foreclosures at rate of 10,000 foreclosures a day. Over the past two years I've written over 1,200 articles about the corrupt democratic party leadership (and yes, I'm a registered democrat), and the corrupt banking industry, and it would not surprise me if both asses have the same head. And I did this while still being an always there for them CareGiver for both of my parents, and their pets.

One thing I've noticed about articles focusing on credit card debt, foreclosures, unfair banking practices and such, is there will always be at least one person in the comments section who blames the debtor.

Oprah Winfrey's debt diet may help self absorbed debtors who can't control their spending habits without help, but the help that Oprah Winfrey is providing comes with a huge price to those who have led honest lives and suffered a huge economic calamity and need a break from the rich banksters.

What Oprah Winfrey has done by profiling self obsessed irresponsible spend what they don't have middle class debtors is divert attention away from her rich bankster friends such as Jamie Dimon of Chase bank.

But it's even worse than that, Oprah Winfrey has now given ammunition to those who respond to financial crisis articles and blame all of the debtors for their woes.

The depth of Oprah Winfrey's self absorbed affair with the well to do, celebrities, and anyone famous, while pretending to feel the pain of her "average american" audience, has become an embarrassment.

What saddens me about Oprah Winfrey's debt diet is that it comes off as intellectually progressive. If you follow Oprah's debt diet advice, you might eventually get out of Debt, but what you won't get is Oprah actually taking on the rich banking elite in this country for making the debt battle much much harder to get out of. Oh wait, that would require Oprah actually standing up to a rich scumbag whom Oprah would rather just fawn over and perhaps keep as her own financial resource.

Hey Oprah, how about you get the banksters to also follow your advice. Maybe you could suggest they not screw over honest americans who are losing their homes and the built up home equity they accrued over the years.

Maybe you could actually have Jamie Dimon on your show, along with other banking elitists, and challenge them to not grab every last nickel, including the ones they don't earn, but just get through deceit and questionable late fee and penalty practices, or changing terms on a million customers and denying them the full benefit of their already offered low interest rate loans, as Jamie Dimon did in 2009.

How bad are banking practices, in 2008, Bank of America paid out less money in interest than they collected in penalties and fees! Jamie Dimon acquired WAMU for 2 cents on the dollar, but refuses to lower the principal on any of his homeowner mortgage accounts. Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Jamie Dimon, all from Chicago, can it get any sleazier?

In the future, when you see those snarky replies in the comments section about people who are in debt, you can thank Oprah Winfrey for shining a light on the minority of debtors who fit the wasteful profile that the snarksters refer to.

And don't be surprised if Oprah dines aboard Jamie Dimon's private jet while looking down at all the little people she helped save.

Ever go into a Trader Joe's or a Costco and ask if they have any more of something? Usually the answer is, "No, we put it all out on the store floor". In other words, there is no huge stock waiting to hit the floor.

So one must ask, if ACORN is already located all over the country, can there be an EVEN BIGGER "INVENTORY" of ACORN HIGHER UPS that can now "retrain" all of their workers in such a short period of time?

So, where are all the ACORN educators coming from that the can hit each and every ACORN office within a weeks time? And my follow up question is.

If ACORN can retrain all of their workers so quickly, does it not become rather obvious that they HELPED BARACK OBAMA IN 2008 CHEAT IN THE CAUCUS CONTESTS and their mobilizing efforts WERE EASILY MANAGEABLE based on ACORN'S claim that they now will retrain ALL OF THEIR OFFICE STAFFS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY in about a weeks time!

CHASE BANK SUPERVISORS REFUSE TO USE THE WORDS OPT OUT when adding notes to a customers account, Chase bank is above the Law, according to Chase Bank.

I was shocked to discover that the Chase Bank supervisor I talked to just moments ago

WOULD NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, include my request to opt out of their change in terms in the account notes that are kept with each and every account.

This is beyond fascism, beyond fraud. If Chase Bank account notes are ever subpoenaed, they will only show what the customer service rep said to me, NOT what I requested in return, because the customer service supervisor REFUSED TO MAKE THEM PART OF THE RECORD! This is beyond sleaze. The excuse Chase bank gives for not noting to my own account what I am requesting is all calls are recorded and the recording represents my side of the discussion! If recorded calls are NEVER TRANSCRIBED (and they are not), can you imagine the cost to transcribe all of those calls that come in every day!

It would be so prohibitive in cost to transcribe all of those customer service phone calls that it would simply line more law practices with wads of money trying to wade through a mountain of untranscribed but recorded phone calls.

Pretty soon, I will probably no longer associate with anyone who does anything with Chase Bank on any level, other than taking care of business they already have with them. If I know you and you walk into a Chase Bank office and open up a new account, you are dead to me, forever.

For the record, today, about one half hour ago, I requested the right to OPT OUT of the change in terms that Chase Bank has initiated on my low interest rate, LIFE OF THE LOAN credit card agreement that was already in place.

The Chase Bank supevisor REFUSED to type into the history notes of my account the following, "Customer requests the right to OPT OUT of the Change in Terms on their account", request denied.

Chase Bank REFUSED to place that ONE SENTENCE in my own account history. Screw you Chase Bank. To deny me ONE SENTENCE to state what I was requesting, so that later on there would PROOF in the notes that I requested something, is deceptive, fraudulent, and the work of a company that is evil beyond words. In essence, Chase Bank would not even ACKNOWLEDGE MY REQUEST!

Since when can ANYBODY TELL US WHAT WE CAN AND CANNOT EVEN ASK FOR!

Barack Obama and Jamie Dimon, I pray those two are discovered as being in cahoots with each other in illegal activities and both go down at the same time via the FBI, sooner rather than later. Specifically, Jamie Dimon assisting ACORN last year in illegally collected credit card donations to Barack Obama's campaign, and this year, Barack Obama looking the other way as Chase Bank, breaks the bank in hostile actions towards its own customers.

Chase Bank recently targeted as many as 2 million of their most loyal, never late paying customers with a gargantuan increase in their monthly minimum payment requirement. The Increase in the monthly minimum payment went from 2% of the balance due to 5% of the balance due. 

The reason these customers were specifically targeted was because they had life of the loan, low interest rate credit card agreements with Chase Bank.

Chase Bank may have recently relabeled low interest rate credit card loans as a toxic asset! To dump these "toxic asset" credit card loans, Chase Bank accelerated the monthly minimum due on these accounts by a whopping 150%!

If you were paying 400 dollars a month, your new monthly minimum would have increased to 1,000 dollars a month!

If you could not afford the increase in the monthly minimum payment hike, you would forfeit your super low interest rate of 1.99, 2.99, 3.99, 4.99 or 5.99. Your new interest rate could be as much as 29.99%!

How dare you, the customer, methodically pay off a low interest rate, life of the loan credit card agreement, in a steady and reliable manner, never being late with your payments, you Toxic Asset, you!(sarcasm alert).

More Credit Card Industry Shenanigans involving WHAT YOU USE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR! HOW DARE YOU PURCHASE FROM A THRIFT STORE!

You need to just give up and roll over, that appears to be the Barack Obama way. How dare you try and save money by purchasing from a thrift store, you obviously need to be red flagged and condemned.

Remember, there are no death panels in the Barack Obama administration, but there appear to be reassessment panels that decide if you are worthy of respect or not. Yes, we have another decider in the white house, a decider of health care who blew off his own dying mother in Hawaii so he could travel to Bali to finish writing his tribute book to his deadbeat, sperm donor father.

Oh, wait, someone may protest, you can't blame Barack Obama because credit card companies are punishing people for trying to live within their means. Yes, we can, and yes, we should.

As long as Barack Obama pridefully views Jamie Dimon of Chase Bank as his favorite Wall Street Banker, Barack Obama can take responsibility for all of the evil and UNNECESSARY TACTICS the Credit Card Companies are spewing onto the american consumer.

I am not against the credit card companies using SOME data profiling to determine cost risk analysis. For instance, people who run up credit card bills in bars and strip joints are more likely to default on their credit card account. However, to apply that same measuring cup to someone who is buying from a thrift store is insulting, and discriminatory. As a consumer aptly pointed out, buying from a thrift store enables them to balance their overall budget.

Barack Obama seems intent on fixing the pain others have allegedly cost even as he stands idly by while his wall street credit card buddies create their own brand of pain. One area that credit card companies refused to explore, and one that is so necessary at this point in time, is credit card debt reductioning. Credit card companies are shutting down credit to people ovenight.

If someone pays down their credit card bill 150 dollars, let them respend 50 bucks of it for small purchases. This is such an obvious, obvious solution to the current credit card debt problems that is purposely being ignored by the banks, why, I don't know.

Again, this gets into an area of incentivizing credit card debt paydowns. Even as companies like Chase Bank unfairly put the screws to their own credit card customers by NOT offering credit card paydown incentives, they do continue to offer new customer incentives to lure them into the same traps they have in place for existing customers.

Is it possible that both Jamie Dimon and Barack Obama are so dirty that one cannot be taken down via investigation without the other going down as well? Is there too much fear in doing the right thing and really getting to the bottom of the democratic campaign donation fraud of 2008 because it might have involved both Jamie Dimon and Barack Obama?

How can Barack Obama stand idly by Now while Jamie Dimon ruins the lives of americans that actually pay their chase credit card bills on time! One answer is, Barack Obama is so beholden to Jamie Dimon, he has no choice.

Could Jamie Dimon be the smoking gun who could have assisted Barack Obama in 2008 by helping to connect campaign donors who had maxed out on credit card political campaign contributions, with ACORN, so that FALSE NAMES could be used with valid credit card accounts to continue to pad Barack Obama's 2008 campaign account?

Could Jamie Dimon, by helping Barack Obama and or ACORN last year during the 2008 election, be the reason Barack Obama is perfectly fine with letting a MILLION CHASE BANK CREDIT CARD HOLDERS FACE DEFAULT for doing nothing more than ALWAYS PAYING THEIR LOW INTEREST CREDIT CARD BILL ON TIME, EACH AND EVERY MONTH!

Credit Card Issuers Getting In Their Licks Ahead Of Reform

As lawmakers worked out credit card reform legislation earlier this year, card issuers argued that tough restrictions would make credit costlier for consumers. Chase Bank board of directors Jamie Dimon is speaking moronically when he states that Chase Bank is trying to "help" two million Chase Bank customers pay down their low interest rate debts as fast as possible by raising the monthly minimum payment required from 2% to 5% on LOW INTEREST RATE, LIFE OF THE LOAN credit card agreements.

I am not privy to the exact numbers, but the approximately 2 million Chase Bank customers with amazingly good payment histories will be (adversely) affected by Chase Bank's unilateral, me first, scorched economy, 2% to 5% raise in the monthly minimum payment.

Chase Bank customers will LOSE BETWEEN 100 MILLION to 1 BILLION DOLLARS A MONTH as they are forced to increase payments on low interest Chase Bank loans while DECREASING PAYMENTS on HIGHER INTEREST RATE LOANS.

This 100 million to 1 BILLION DOLLARS of pilfered money will be diverted from local economies all over the country into the pockets of Chase Bank executives addicted to their obscene bonuses.Dimon's advocacy of the 2% to 5% raise in the Chase Bank monthly minimum payment requirement on low interest loans just proves he is incompetent, doesn't know what he is doing or saying, and should step down in these trouble economic times before he irrevocably ruins more lives than the number of breathes he will take even if he lives to be a hundred.
