Give it Back California, time to expose various ways California sucks the life blood out of their Homeowners, Small Business owners and Renters.

I will be exposing the magic of California "give it back ism" programs that divert allocated funds for California Homeowners and Seniors back into the California General Fun.

 

One such "give it back ism" is the Keep your Home California program. This program had the authority to remove a refinancing restriction that could have saved  10,000 to 15,000 participants tens of thousands of dollars each by having Keep Your Home California cede their second position lien. 

 

California refused to cede their second position. The KYHC program was still protected from anyone taking advantage of the program by keeping the 5 year in the home requirement before the payments do not have to be paid back, but refused to do so.
