Trump's threat to flatten Iran, if he goes through with it, would rival Hilter's March through Europe, here's why...

Donald Trump and Israel have created the most oddball of situations by threatening to flatten Iran, which actually makes the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) look like the good guys for fighting off the great Satan.

If we could magically remove the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps from the equation, Iran would unequivocally embrace Trump's actions to overthrow an Iranian governance style that has allegedly murdered 25,000 to 50,000 Iranian protestors from December 2025 through February of 2026, while forcing the deceased's relatives to pay a 2 dollar bullet fee for every bullet that was in their deceased relative's body. 

But if Trump's plan is to literally abort the baby while throwing out the bathwater by flattening Iran, Iranians will be forced to coalesce around the  Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), as the flattening strategy will clearly become the most boneheaded of military strategies ever devised.  

The Iranian people should not be punished by American and Israeli Bombs for living under the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) that reign's terror over all those who protest the way IRGC rules over Iran.

Ongoing peace talks with the threat of war hanging over the talks if they don't succeed, does NOT allow peace talks to thrive. Giving someone the choice between submit, or be decimated, makes the peace talks a sham.  

If Trump begins bombing Iranian power plants and bridges, the IRGC may actually place the populace on bridges and inside power plants. Any bombing by Trump and Israel that then occurs would become a war crime in which the 2026 Democrat Political Majority Election results could happily hand over Trump to an International tribunal after the 2026 midterm elections.

Donald Trump's Jesus Act is Remarkably Astute.

Whenever a vast majority of the population is offended by something Donald Trump has said or done, there probably is an explanation that reveals an underlying intention, which usually makes a lot of sense. Donald Trump's Jesus Images are such a moment.

What Trump is not saying verbally is the following, some (not all) Muslim Religion sects would kill anyone who shows their Muslim God in a less than serious manner, whereas in Western Civilization, making a similar style of Religious image for any God, does not result in a death warrant by the Western Government. 

When "some" (not all) Muslim Religion sects actually demand and offer rewards for the death of anyone making a religious commentary about their God, or less complementary depiction of their God, then clearly that specific Religious sect CANNOT be trusted to have a nuclear bomb. It's really that simple.

California AB 2624 bill, the Ban Nick Shirley Law, rewards Government Inactivity at the expense of Citizen Journalism.

As a previous long time caregiver for my parents, there are compelling reasons to be alarmed by California AB 2624, the Anti Nick Shirley Law that appears to apply HIPAA rights to all "Healthcare Facilities". After I filmed an ER Nurse's refusal to recheck my Mother's blood oxygen level in 2018, a misapplication of HIPAA was used by the senior ER Nurse to call a false code gray on me, a security guard forcibly erased my video footage, and then my elderly Mother was forcefully discharged, a violation of her EMTALA rights since she was not stable, which is why they refused to recheck her blood oxygen level, and my Mother died as a direct result.  

 

AB 2624 appears to claim HIPAA laws must apply to persons who work at a healthcare facility, irrespective of their immigration status. What constitutes a healthcare facility according to California AB 2624, requires closer scrutiny than the bill implies.

 

The core issue AB 2624 appears to be addressing is a camera person cannot violate a healthcare workers HIPAA rights by BOTH filming an unwilling subject, AND then streaming that subject's face and or their address on the internet, without the healthcare worker's permission; because those two combined actions could endanger the subject's safety, ruin their reputation, or both, without having been charged or convicted of a crime, resulting in the filmmaker being fined up to $10,000 for filming and then posting their research online. 

 

If the goal is to prevent Citizen Journalists from filming on healthcare grounds, AB 2624 does not appear to clearly mention if the act of FILMING can generate a fine, or, if the Filmmaker must BOTH film AND then post the person's face or address, or both, online, without the subject's permission; to incur a fine. If a filmmaker is on healthcare grounds, can the police be called to stop the filmmaker? AB 2624 does not explain this scenario.

 

If the subject's face and address are blurred out, would AB 2624 still be used to fine the filmmaker?

 

AB 2624 also does not discuss if the subject's face and address are blurred out, is posting the video online still a fineable event? AB 2624 also does not address if a fine remains enforceable if a subject is charged with a crime, or, if a conviction is needed.

 

There still remains one huge elephant and donkey in the room, AB 2624 incentivizes Governmental investigative inactivity, or just plain ambivalence, which effectively binds the hands of Citizen Journalists while subjecting the Citizen Journalist to $10,000 fines for doing what Government should be doing, investigating embezzling of taxpayer funds and preventing fraudulent use of taxpayer generated revenue.

All videotapes were then stored for 7 years because I had a feeling the video still had potential to be something more.

Re-edited in 1999 in my Updated Home Based Videotape Studio.
