Spencer Pratt not responding in kind to Karen Bass's misleading Television Political Ad claims could result in Pratt barely missing the LA Mayoral Run off.

1. In January 2025, A fire caused 30,000 to 40,000 Angelenos to lose their homes, to become Unhoused. (2.5 people per destroyed residence).
2. In July of 2025, Karen Bass shooed Ice out of MacArthur Park claiming MacArthur Park was a Family Park.
3. In May of 2026, Karen Bass's esteemed MacArthur Park that she protected against ICE was featured in the News as being a haven for Fentanyl Drug Dealing and other criminal activity. 
4. Earlier in May of 2026, there was the arrest of a former member of a Los Angeles non-profit and allegedly was still involved in drug paraphenalia distribution to MacArthur Park Drug Addicts. 
5. Bass's May 2026 Political Ads feature her march on MacArthur Park against Ice. 
6. Bass's ads also feature her claiming to have reduced total unhoused by 17.5% from 2025 to 2025.
7. Any drop Bass is claiming regarding the Unhoused, only occurred after a record increase in the Unhoused in prior years. 
8. Additionally, Mayor Karen Bass did not count the 30,000 to 40,000 who became instantly unhoused because of a fire she was too busy to personally handle from Los Angeles, because she was in Ghana. 
9. The Tragic January 2025 fires were just a month after a fire in Malibu had also caused evacuations, and, after a several days of warnings about impending winds the week prior to the January 6th Fire. How could the Malibu Fires create such a false sense of security?
10. Karen Bass's overuse of understaffed Fire Department to put out 14,000 fires caused by the Unhoused most likely meant resources that could have gone to actual burn risk areas, were instead used to keep the Unhoused on the streets of Los Angeles as they created over 1,000 fires a month.

Spencer Pratt appears to not be spending any Money on Broadcast Television ads, and that may cost him in a 3 way election that could see him barely finish out of the top 2 spots.

How Donald Trump can move the Iran Settlement Talks forward.

I would like to see Donald Trump offer Iran MNNA status in exchange for 

• cessation of Iran's nuclear enrichment program, 
• an agreement to stop manufacturing and supplying Drone Weaponry; 
• no more hangings of the citizenry, 
• provide funded Defense lawyers for all trials, 
• stop creating secret video files on Iranian citizens
• stop using secret video files of Iranian citizens during Trials,
• Teach Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard peaceful tactics instead of gunfare.

MNNA status would basically elevate Iran's econony to the point where they would not need to be violent country that funds its terror cells.
