North Korea now using Submarines to launch Medium Range Nuclear Weapons.

One presumes that launching a submarine based nuclear weapon gives anyone attempting to stop such a device even less time since satellites probably won't be able to detect their pre launch routines.

DailyPUMA suggested a couple of years ago giving North Korea special economic status in exchange for the dismantling of their nuclear program. Instead Trump gave that economic status, called MNNA, to Brazil.
