Below is an ongoing attempt to get someone from Meta / Facebook to just do their job. The Meta / Facebook support scam works like this. First, I finally figure out how to open up a case. I am assigned a case number. I DM Meta / Facebook via messenger. I get an automated message stating someone will get back to me soon. Soon ends up being hours. But the weird part is, if I wait online, and nobody responds, eventually I respond and state, here is my phone number, please call me back when you are available.
I then get an auto response from Messenger stating my reply is not viewable. Well, that's kind of is a bad thing, isn't it? I have waited over 2 hours for the Meta Customer Service rep who never gets online, so I leave a follow up message, "hey, call me when you get this", and I leave my phone number, but my message will not be read by anyone, because while I am on hold on my end, I don't yet exist on Meta's end!
I only exist, when a Meta Customer Support person actually replies to me after I activatate the discussion on Messenger. However, after waiting on Messenger for an hour, or two, I eventually will disengage from Facebook. If during my disengagment, someone from Meta finally responds while I am offline on Messenger, they seem incapable of seeing that I have left a phone number for them to call, which FALSELY makes its look like I left a conversation that never started, and I only left after a one to two hour wait on Messenger.
If I am no longer on the DM, but have left my phone number, they won't call the phone number, and instead will show up hours later on Messenger, and ask, are you there, are you there? and then they close the session that they responded to, two hours or longer after I first contacted them, as if I was the one who was not available, even though I have left my phone number on Messenger after hours have gone by with no one responding.
But, the few times I did get a response, the person refused to help me, citing they had to finish other calls first, and would get back to me. I fell for this ruse several times, each time politely ratcheting up the past history and their inability to call me back. They promised to call back EVERY TIME, I leave my phone number, theY have NEVER called me back on this particular case number. End of Explanation, below is the actual Meta Facebook lack of Support.

It is important to understand, Facebook NEVER called back on time, then after a very long time, an hour or two or three after the time they promised to call back, they would magically try to contact me on Facebook, and NOT the personal phone number I had left, knowing I was asleep because it was 2 or 3 or 4 in the morning, then they would leave the message, "it looks like you may not be available right now.".... When I actually would have been able to hear the phone ring, but could not see their messages on the internet because I had shut down my computer for the night.

Is this a good time? (Whenever I contact Meta on Facebook, I get the same message. But, the weird part is, the Meta Customer rep NEVER SEES MY MESSAGE, they are just notified that I want to discuss my case. Now this is INSANE, because it means if I leave my phone number, and when they can call me, they just either can't read that part of my message, or ignore it. This is like when the Cable company used to make people wait up to 4 hours for their arrival.)
