Please sign the Change dot org petition asking the credit card companies to not charge interest on donations made by their customers in good standing. The Petition Results will be sent to the Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton so they can negotiate with the Credit Card Companies.

It is difficult to know for sure how much the credit card companies will ultimately profit from the Hurricane Harvey Natural Disaster and other Natural Disasters occurring as this is being written but it could be anywhere from 10% to 50% equivalent amount as to what is being donated over the span of the next five years.

Even if someone uses a debit card instead of a credit card, if that same person has any kind of credit card or student loan debt than their Natural Disaster donation still creates interest rate charges on the other debt that was ignored in favor of making a payment to a Natural Disaster cause instead.

This is really a serious issue. Imagine that 20 billion dollars is raised in donations, and that 10 billion came via credit card donations.  Five years from now that 10 billion dollars might end up generating another 5 billion dollars in interest rate charges for the credit card companies.

Apparently 2 people die everyday in Texas while under custody and have for the past 11 years.

Is this level of death, 2 per day while in custody in Texas, common in all fifty states? Or is everything, including dying while in custody, just bigger in Texas?

While DACA dominates the news, several dozen thousand California senior homeowners may have lost their homes because they can't deduct their home property tax payment from their annual stated income, and Christopher Columbus is stripped of Holiday status by spineless LA City Council.

First DailyPUMA had to listen to some really deranged commentary from the Los Angeles City Council members over why Christopher Columbus's holiday had to be burned at the stake and replaced with an Indigenous Holiday. DailyPUMA favors both having holidays rather than one replacing the other, alternating the Holidays is workable as well.

Columbus is being blamed for the decimation of the Indian population in the North American Continent. This is classic blaming the messenger syndrome. Christopher Columbus helped prove the world was a lot bigger than anyone realized and that the world was most likely not flat. 

Since Columbus never reached Asia, he couldn't say for certain the earth was round, but he put other people's money where his own mouth was and commanded three ships full of sailors who became less loyal with each passing day. Columbus was a scientist who actually walked the walk by being part of the scientfic premise he created.

In case you wonder what is next, the day will come when our beloved astronauts of our era will be bedeviled for having landed on other heavenly bodies, which ultimately led to those heavenly bodies being colonized and eventually harvested for resources for Planet Earth.

Now DACA will take center stage. And while DACA is taking center stage, nothing will be done to help the ever shrinking eligibility California senior homeowners have when it comes to qualifying for MediCAL and In Home Supportive Services.

In Home Supportive Services is one of the most cost effective home health services in the nation yet it continues to be attacked by Republicans, and even Democrats such as Jerry Brown, who even tried to can the IHSS program a few years back. The I.H.S.S. program is so disrespected by Brown that over half of the recent raise given to caregivers was actually the money they were owed because of the 7% pay cut caregivers were forced to endure during the California budget crisis.

Even though Democrats are more likely to support MediCAL / MediCAID and In Home Supportive Services than Republicans are, Democrats keep pushing IHSS to the back of the bus while hiding behind H.I.I.P.A. regulations that prevent the true level of devastation they have caused among senior citizens who own homes but cannot deduct their home property tax payment from their annual stated income, making them ineligible for help.

Many California Senior homeowners are NOT RICH. They purchased their California home 30 to 60 years ago when homes were still affordable. Because these impoverished California Homeowners have such small social security income, they do not qualify for any kind of a loan other than Reverse Mortgages. Reverse Mortgages  takes a chunk of money upfront as a processing fee and then tacks on mortgage insurance and interest rate charges on all related debt to the Reverse Mortgage. Reverse Mortgages only allow one spouse on the plan so if the responsible party passes first, everyone in the house has to leave and the home has to be sold off if the interest accruing reverse mortgage debt cannot be paid off within a year.

MediCAL and I.H.S.S. is home healthcare at a FRACTION of the cost of assisted living centers. But when all the costs are factored in regarding owning a home that are NOT considered deductible, more and more seniors are ineligible because the poverty levels have not been changed for OVER 25 years. There are seniors who end up with zero income per month when their basic home expenses such as home property taxes, home insurance and share of cost are added in, yet if they could just deduct their home property tax payments, they might actually get to keep 700 dollars every month because they would no longer have a share of cost.

The Democrat pricks in charge who are more concerned about DACA and Immigration issues than helping their own elderly who have lived in California and paid all kinds of taxes for the past 30 to 60 years are in essence Democrat Gentrifiers with no opposition because the idiotic Republicans simply reject almost all public funding, it's incredible isn't it?

A Moderate Republican could defeat the next Democrat candidate for Governor of California. All the Moderate Republican would have to do is draw a line between life long California residents who are not being protected because of a trillion dollar pension obligation set in motion ironically by Jerry Brown the first time he was governor, and immigration issues. Kind of explains Brown's willingness to try and end the I.H.S.S. program a few years back when the California State budget was in crisis. 

Unfortunately, the Republicans are as dumb as bricks and can't fathom a world where they actually back up their claim of being the party of family values by actually valuing the elderly in California.

Has anyone been pardoned by a president as quickly as Joseph Arpaio was by Donald Trump?

The pardon of Joseph Arpaio by Donald Trump is not the issue here. The issue is just how quickly should a president pardon a lawbreaker? Did Arpaio spend time in an actual jail cell? Mr. Arpaio actually held prisoners in tents in over 110 degree temperatures, and he doesn't spend any time in jail for the actions that he was found guilty by a judge?

Has any other president ever pardoned a lawbreaker so quickly? DailyPUMA presumes no, but could not find an answer as to the fastest pardon ever by a president. Trump's  premature Pardon of Joseph Arpaio seems like abuse of power. To not even wait at least six months to one year before pardoning Arpaio seems outrageous.

DailyPUMA wonders if what Mr. Trump did was actually a "pre-pardon" since Mr. Arpaio had not been sentenced yet. DailyPUMA wonders if Mr. Trump ejaculated prematurely with his presidential pardon. The judge should go ahead and sentence Mr. Arpaio because what Mr. Trump did was pardon a person who had not been sentenced yet, so the sentencing phase should still go on, and if common sense prevails, Mr. Trump should not be allowed to pardon Mr. Arpaio more than once, therefore Mr. Arpaio would still have to do his time.

If Mr. Trump ever faces impeachment charges, this entirely too fast pardon of Arpaio should be added to the Impeachment list. It's an abuse, pure and simple. What a self indulgent egomaniac we have as president, it's beyond comprehension.

Progressive Media stepped in and on everyday person's toes with their ongoing racism accusations against Donald Trump.

Update, August 26, 2017, 7:35 pm) Please read this link and you will see just what a poor job the media did in their coverage of the Charlottesville March and Protest.

The Progressive led media would have us believe that "Jews won't replace us" is the same as "Kill all …." Sadly, everyone else is following this ridiculous missive. Don't fall for it. DailyPUMA has railed against Donald Trump on many issues, but on Charlottesville, Trump was not that far off, and certainly does not deserve the relentless bashing he is getting.

So some misguided white people wanted to hold a rally. They wanted to beat their chest and say "I am White Man, hear me roar". Who really gives a shit? The Progressive Media never presented any timeline that showed the Marcher's starting attacking others first. Nor can the Progressive Media state that only the marchers committed violence. Obviously the idiot who murdered Heather Heyer with his car is in another realm and happened after violence had already commenced.

Sadly, the media appears to be led by some faction that has over reacted to a bunch of white marchers, many who probably don't have jobs and might live in the basement of their parent's home.

The answer the world needs is not from the Progressive Media which has its own ongoing axe to grind against Donald Trump's prior mistreatment of them. 

Yet the Progressive media is keeping the pressure on Trump and in the process de-emphasizing the voices and actions of the public at large. The answer my friend is blowing in the wind. The answer was in Los Angeles where thousands showed up hoping to grab a few 10 dollar tickets for Hamilton. The answer was in the Charlottesville candlelight vigil for Heather Heyer, and perhaps other vigils may sprout up as well, such as the one in Akron Ohio. The answer was in the identifying of the marchers by their own Tiki Torch lit faces,  and then being fired from their job.

DailyPUMA predicts that in less than 10 years time as many as ten thousand jobs a day will be lost to robotics and automation. And when the chants of "Robotics will not replace us" are heard in marches all over the country by people of all races, remember it was the Progressive Media that first coined the concept of "_ _ _ will not replace us" as being racist and fascist. The issue of being replaced has been neutered by the Progressive Media. Heaven help us if it turns out that the majority of the looming robotics economic take over are owned by anyone group.

Not all Nazi / KKK Protests are the same, unless one is bigoted against them.

The Progressive media has managed to blast Trump over the Charlottesville conflict to the point where even spineless Republicans won't defend Trump's comments.

Question number one, are KKK and Nazi's allowed to hold a march? The Progressive Media has never answered this question. DailyPUMA will answer it. If the march does not have, any signs that threaten, banners that threaten, or verbal threats or taunts that advocate the harming of any group of people, and the marchers are not recruiting new members, then yes,  even Nazi's and KKK's can march if they have a permit. The Progressive Media has conveniently sidestepped these guidelines.

The Progressive Media first blamed Trump for taking two days to condemn the violence in Charlottesville, then blamed Trump when Trump claimed that both sides were guilty of violence. The Media, rather than prove Trump's statement wrong, simply ganged up on him for defending groups that most of America dislikes and wishes did not exist.

Don't be suckered by a Progressive Media power grab against the Executive Branch of our country. First the Progressive Media must answer when and how a group like the Nazi's and KKK can march. Then the Progressive Media needs to show a timeline that the KKK and Nazi's attacked others first and that others responded to defend themselves. PROVE this before condemning the president of the United States for his comments. So far, the president has been condemned without any proof that the marchers started the violence.

DailyPUMA sees these Media power grabs from time to time, Marco Rubio was the victim of a power grab to get him out of the 2016 Republican Presidential nomination race, all because he repeated a meme three times in the same debate. Football genius coach Pete Carroll was victimized by  a same social media frenzy because he called a pass on third down (the right call by the way) with the clock winding down and Seattle at the one yard line in the Super Bowl. Howard Dean was drummed out of the 2004 democrat nomination race because the second audio track of the audience responding to his own speech filled with whoops and cheers was blunted, making him sound insane since no audience could be heard cheering in response to his words and over the top actions. And of course, the month long assault against Hillary Clinton during Oct. 2016 was probably the longest and largest media power grab against a leading presidential candidate from any era.

DailyPUMA once again asks the progressive media, SHOW ME THE CHARLOTTESVILLE TIMELINE that proves the KKK and Nazi Protestors actually started the violence, or shut the fuck up.

Charlottesville March of the intolerants reveals both sides have issues.

DailyPUMA is confused. Did the Krazy KKK's and white supremacists attack others first, or were they impeded from marching first? 

Obviously the idiot who used his car to mow down several dozen protestors and kill one person can pretty much plead insanity as their action was indefensible by any measure of civility, but what about what happened before?

Were the groups advocating their own views of pride and intolerance of others, blockaded by others, or not? 

If the intolerants opponents had let the intolerants march, what would have happened? The intolerants would have been all over social media. Isn't that the best course of action, to actually let those be seen who have views that are most likely intolerant and unacceptable to the majority? Do we really want the intolerants of the world to scurry around in the dark and not be known?

If 100 intolerants march, and there are 10,000 people on the sidelines with their thumbs down, booing them, and capturing the intolerants on social media, would it be such an awful thing to show that the vast majority disagree with the intolerants?

Are intolerants supposed to assemble in private, or in public, because to say Intolerants cannot ever assemble (this rule would not apply to pedophiles, hackers, serial killers, drug dealers or murderers) is to become even more intolerant than the intolerables.
