Are Gavin Newsom and Andrew Cuomo responsible for the unnecessary deaths of thousands of Nursing Home Seniors?

If I were to write a horror script about maniacal Governors who want to reduce the population of Nursing Home Seniors while posing as the good guys, could I just copy what Gavin Newsom and Andrew Cuomo did in their epic battle against Donald Trump and the Coronavirus?

Donald Trump offered Newsom and Cuomo Hospital Ships Ironically named Mercy and Comfort. Both Newsom and Cuomo seemed to miss the boat when it came to how to save their Nursing Home Seniors.

Rather than send Non-COVID Nursing Home Patients to the Hospital Ships and then send COVID Seniors into the Nursing Homes, Governor Newsom actually started paying Nursing Homes a Thousand dollars a day to intake COVID Seniors with the Non-COVID Seniors already in the Nursing Homes!

Governor Cuomo created a frenzy over not having enough ventilators when ventilators had never even been approved for COVID-19 in any Clinical Trials!

It never crossed Mr. Cuomo's mind to send Non-COVID Nursing Home Seniors to the Hospital Ship provided by Trump, and then put the COVID Seniors into the Nursing Homes? The death among Nursing home Seniors in both California and New York was mind bending, yet no one from the media has come forward and asked why weren't non COVID Seniors put into the Hospital ships.

As if that wasn't bad enough, our horror script based on our Bi Coastal Governors ends with Family members of the Non-COVID Nursing Home Patients having to watch their loved ones slowly die from COVID-19 through pane glass windows. Crueler still, their own loved ones may have received COVID-19 from Seniors with COVID-19 who were brought into the Nursing Homes!

In the final chapter of our horror script, the prowling reporter comes up with the biggest gaffe of all. Actually asking Trump if he would take responsibility for the first 50,000 COVID deaths. Trump is getting a raw deal from the Mainstream Media while the real villains have gotten away with the unnecessary death of thousands of Nursing Home Seniors Citizens.

When Trump offered Hospital Ships Mercy and Comfort to California and New York, the ships were barely used, why?

In a couple of hours the Sunday morning News shows will berate Trump for his use of military personnel to clear out a protest next to the White House. These Sunday morning News Pundits will gleefuly show how Trump is being universally condemned.

What the media won't do is ask why both Governors Gavin Newsom and Andrew Cuomo preferred to send sick Seniors into Nursing Homes where they infected and catapulted COVID-19 Senior death totals into the thousands (not the infected senior's fault it should be noted), a senior death total so high it had a marked bearing on overall COVID-19 death totals. While some claim the Nursing Home deaths were not actually included in the death totals, that just points to a cover up, no?

Trump's Hospitalships Mercy and Comfort were basically ridiculed by the mainstream media because they got so little use. Those Hospital ships could have been repurposed to significantly reduce senior deaths in Nursing Homes, a controversial topic that that mainstream media won't trust because it makes Trump look like the smart visionary the media is loathe to ever consider could be true..

I am concerned that Trump's own military men were quick to condemn Trump for his use of the military to remind protestors that looting won't be tolerated. These same Military leaders remained silent over the apparently ineffectual use by Governors Gavin Newsom and Andrew Cuomo of the Mercy and Comfort that Trump first provided and was rebuffed by two Democrat Governors who may have prioritized politics and ventilator billing over the safety of seniors.

2019 Minnesota Murder-1 Statutes

609.185 MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE.

(a) Whoever does any of the following is guilty of murder in the first degree and shall be sentenced to imprisonment for life:

(7) causes the death of a human being while committing, conspiring to commit, or attempting to commit a felony crime to further terrorism and the death occurs under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to human life. 

Condensed, the wording would be "causes the death of a human being while committing a felony crime to futher terrorism and the death occurs under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to human life".

• We all saw the Indifference to Human life that lasted 9 minutes. 

• What is the felony crime "to further terrorism"? After Mr. Floyd was on the ground on his stomach, handcuffed, was not struggling, and began communicating his discomfort minute after agonizing minute, and bystanders were begging and pleading for Police Officer to take his knee off of Mr. Floyd's neck The Police Officer was felony "Disturbing the Peace" with each passing minute. 

• Disturbing the Peace is normally a misdemeanor, but, if the disturbing actions are slowly resulting in an avoidable death and is witnessed by others, then that would elevate it to a Felony "Disturbing the Peace". 

• The proof of Felony "Disturbing the Piece" is in the Good Samaritan video. The audio reveals several people begging the officer to stop kneeling on the victim's neck. The Bystander's begging and pleading went on for several agonizing minutes. The officer has now become the terrorist, terrorizing not only the victim, but the bystanders who had no way to intervene to prevent what they believed would be the death of George Floyd, and instead were forced to helplessly watch Mr. Floyd die in front of their eyes. 

• How can the Prosecution prove the Officer's action were an Act of Terrorism? By interviewing those who personally witnessed the entire encounter and see if they now have PTSD. A purposeful yet preventable death that creates justifiable PTSD in the bystanders who witnessed it is grounds for labeling the act an Act of Terrorism. Just because the Officer was wearing a police uniform does not grant the Officer the freedom to act like a terrorist.

• An act that is clearly seen by others to be life threatening, and an action that did not have to be made in a split decision moment but was rather an ongoing decision that lasted over 9 minutes and ended the alleged suspect's life, is both an act of Terrorism and Felony Disturbing the Peace because the act of preventing the witnesses from interceding or risk a similar fate creates PTSD. 

According to Minnesota Murder-1 law, The components of Murder-1 #7, includes a Felony, (Felony Disturbing the Peace), while committing an act of Terrorism and manifesting an extreme indifference to human life, all are there to be harvested and presented in a court of law.

What about pre-meditation? Is any of the above Pre-meditated? That will be up to the lawyers to prove. So many other elements are already in place that seem to prove a higher charge than Murder-3 is in order.

if we discern pre-meditation to mean the officers mind was already made up and he wasn't going to change his mind even as the bystanders and Mr. Floyd begged him to stop kneeing him in the neck, perhaps that is pre-meditation? In other words, due to the length of the torture, Mr. Floyd had time to contemplate a different course of action and he seem steadfast and resolved in not listening to anyone else. That seems like a pre-meditated course of action, no? This wasn't a bang bang moment where an officer has to make a split second decision and then has to live with the consequences, this was literally 540 one second increments in which the police officer could have changed course based on an overwhelming evidence being provided to him by Mr. Floyd and the pleading bystanders.

Why Manslaughter or Murder 3 are not high enough charges in the George Floyd Tragedy.

When the District Attorney decides what charges to bring forward in a high profile case, they face an unenviable task. The more serious the charge, the less chance they have of winning the case. Apparently the strategy is to make sure some type of conviction will occur, so while a lower charge is also made available, such as manslaughter, the idea is to not make the higher charge too high since it could force the jury to go with the lower charge instead.

Petition to Increase Murder Charges to Murder 1 and Murder 2

Assuming the DA can offer more than 2 options, that could backfire in the form of additional confusion among the jury trying to figure out what charge they can all agree to. Plus, the defense may be able to allege that the DA isn't even sure what law was violated and if the DA can't figure it out, how can the jury?

This petition advocates changing the lesser charges of Murder 3 or Manslaughter charges to Murder 1 or Murder 2 for the following reasons... 

• The amount of control the police officer had over the situation makes this a case for Murder 1. If someone in the crowd who heard Mr. Floyd's plea that he couldn't breath had then tried to intercede, they would have been arrested and Mr. Floyd dies anyways and the blame might even shift to the person trying to save Mr. Floyd's life. Excuses could then be made that the crowd was being unruly and Mr. Floyd had to be super restrained, they could have argued, and their proof would be the crowd attacking them.

• If someone had interceded to save Mr. Floyd's in a timely manner, the interceder would have been aggressively charged since there would no longer be real proof that Mr. Floyd's life was in danger because he does not die. The only way to save Mr. Floyd's life was for someone else to end up being convicted of charges ranging from violating rule of law to assault to endangering a police offer to obstruction of justice. The interceder could have ended up in jail for a decade or longer.

• At one point a police officer is heard responding to Mr.  Floyd, "If you can't breathe, then how are you talking"? This again shows the lack of life saving options. If Mr. Floyd says he can't breathe, he is mocked because how can he speak if he can't breathe? If Mr. Floyd says nothing, he dies anyways.

• The Police officer appears to make no attempt to negotiate with Mr. Floyd in exchange for removing his knee from Mr. Floyd's neck. 

• What was the Police officer waiting for for over nine minutes?

• What Peril was the Police Officer in that he had to remain on Mr. Floyd's neck for 9 minutes?

• The crowd repeatedly warned the Police Officer that Mr. Floyd could not breathe. The crowd was compliant by not charging the Police Officers to save Mr. Floyd's life. Some who personally witnessed Mr. Floyd's death and helplessly watched a man die by those sworn to protect the public peace may suffer PTSD over their inability to save a man who was slow motion tortured to death in front of their eyes. 

• Without a Murder 1 or Murder 2 charge, Police Officers all over the country may be in danger anytime a suspect being arrested calls out they can't breathe. 

• Lack of a Murder 1 or Murder 2 charge could endanger many more people in the future, both police officers trying to make future arrests and citizens who do not want to stand around the next time if they are led to believe, either falsefully or truthfully, that a suspect's life is in danger.

• Murder 1, Murder 2, is all that should be offered specifically because of all the reasons set forth above. Do not handcuff a jury into lighter conviction choices as it would be showing far more mercy than George Floyd and his 18 prior citizen complaints deserve.

• Apparently the police officer who allegedly caused George Floyd's death had 18 prior complaints. Most police officers who have viewed the video, if not all, are horrified by what they see. Why should the suspect get a break on the charges when he has already gotten 18 previous breaks, especially if it could cause more unrest in the future?

• If charges against George Floyd's torturer remain at Murder 3 or Manslaughter, then his 3 enforcers will get even lower charges even though they were the only reason that prevented citizens from coming forward to save George Floyd's life.

The suspect has more than used up his get out of jail free card with his prior 18 complaints. Now, we need to be thinking about the future and what a less than Murder 1 or Murder 2 charge may bring.

Apparently the police officer who allegedly caused George Floyd's death had 18 prior complaints. Most police officers who have viewed the video, if not all, are horrified by what they see. Why should the suspect get a break on the charges when he has already gotten 18 previous breaks, especially if it could cause more unrest in the future?

Hero number one on the planet Nicole Sirotek, a Nurse, exposes several ways that patients are dying due to questionable medical procedures.

Less than one percent of all Nurses can still wreak havoc and demoralize many many other Nurses who fear to come forward because there is no one to come forward to.

I totally feel this Nurses pain. I went through it when an ER Nurse just refused to recheck my Mothers vitals when Mom's pre-pneumonia kicked in while on her ER bed. The Nurse disconnected monitors that had been hooked up to Mom that had alarms going off. When the ER Nurse realized she could not make the monitors alarms stop she just disconnected the alarm monitors and had us forcibly removed from the ER and dumped on the curb in the rain. That's the short version. The long version is so hard to tell I choke up, just like this Nurse.

And a follow up question, is it possible that mixing something in with ventilator air might prove formidable at certain stages of the Coronavirus?

Isn't it possible that some type of herb, raw garlic, raw onion or raw pepper might help fight off COVID at some early stage, especially if mixed in with ventilator air? Have any tests or trials been done?

What if a COVID symptomatic patient who was still feeling relatively ok spent one day on a ventilator with something mixed into the air that won't damage the lungs but would kill the coronavirus, is it possible that might save 2 weeks of ventilator time later on?

Is it true that the White House Reporters are political reporters and not Medical Reporters and therefore are simply attacking Trump for past skirmishes rather than focusing on moving the briefings forward in a constructive manner?

How the 2017-2018 U.S. Senior flu epidemic statistical coverup by the CDC and first reported here on DailyPUMA, will continue to haunt everyone because no one will admit it happened.

Oct. 04, 2023 Update: Added a Chart showing the dramatic spike in Senior Deaths that was instantly reversed when the CDC changed how Senior Flu deaths would be reported. Death certificates were not to list flu and pneumonia deaths among Seniors, instead, the causes of death would be Natural causes, heart failure, respiratory failure this change occurred in early January of 2018, coinciding with the remarkable drop in Senior flu deaths that changed a still growing flu death estimate of 80,000, downward to 60,000, when the truthful amount of Senior flu deaths may have been headed towards 100,000 to 120,000 Senior Flu Deaths. The 2017-2018 U.S. Senior flu epidemic statistical cover-up has never been admitted to. The longer the cover-up goes on, the more conflict and divisiveness will be created by COVID-19 and how to proceed going forward. 

There is no way to really evaluate how effective the 2020 response to Coronavirus really was. Was it an over reaction, just enough, not enough, too slow in starting, too fast of a reaction? Has the economic shutdown gone on for too long, or is more time needed? If you think you know you are just fooling yourself.

If you think you can point to ever changing numbers to justify your position, what about the next day when new data is released, and the day after, and the day after that?

Those who think Trump should have done more in mid January of 2020 in regards to preparing for the Coronavirus conveniently forget Trump was being forced to fight for his political life because of the constant Impeachment Trial and political attacks. Without what was basically a California led attempt to remove Trump from office (without California the impeachment vote would have lost 190-185, no), Trump would have still been impeached if he had tried to shut down the economy 2 weeks before the Super Bowl after being accused of taking attention away from the Super Bowl. Democrats would have accused Trump of ultra egocentric narcissist tendencies if he had used the hint of a future pandemic as reason to distract from both the Impeachment hearings, or without the impeachment hearings, the Super Bowl, which would have then triggered an impeachment action. It was a lose, lose situation for Donald Trump.

Additionally, the Democrat led house judiciary committee voted on Feb. 12, 2020 to recommend rescinding Trump's International Travel Ban. Can anyone take seriously an attempt to question Trump's actions in January of 2020 when House Dems were preparing to overturn Trump's International Travel Ban a month later on February 12, 2020, virtually a full month after Trump was supposed to have stopped the economy because of the threat of a Pandemic that had not emerged yet?

Now, as the end of April, 2020 looms, both sides of the Coronavirus divide are claiming the other side was wrong regarding how the Coronavirus response was handled.

Half are upset because the economy and their livelihood was shut down, the other half believing that it was the shutdown that flattened the coronavirus death curve.

But whichever side you believe is right, their claim will be based on the 2017-2018 U.S. Senior flu epidemic cover-up and changing of Senior flu death totals.

 

Covering up the 2017-2018 U.S. Senior flu epidemic death totals means we are now witnessing in 2020 the equivalent to a mad scramble to clean up an unapproved teen party in the Parent's house before they walk through the door early from their Weekend get away, the teens totally unprepared because the Parents came back early while the kids lied about the party to begin with.

If you are on the side of the teens for being caught off guard and lying about the 2017-2018 U.S. Senior flu epidemic, or, are on the side of the parents for knowing what their kids were going to do and instead of preventing the party and the ensuing calamity, they chose to come back prematurely to catch every one in the act, we are missing the bigger picture. 

Honesty is the best policy and we won't see honesty until the 2017-2018 Senior Flu epidemic statistical coverup is admitted to and reparations are given to all who suffered unnecessary losses. Only then will we see how covering up the Senior Flu epidemic of 2017-2018 hindered and divided the entire country going forward in 2020 regarding preparedness for a pandemic.

The Mainstream Media's desire to constantly attack the President caused them to miss the CDC cover up of U.S. Senior Flu Deaths as they were happening during the 2017-2018 Senior Flu epidemic that was never reported as such because Senior Flu Deaths were not reported until after the epidemic had passed. Wednesday, April 15, 2020 update. The second Change dot org anti vaccine, anti nanobot vaccine petition has also been discarded by Change dot org. It happened a few days ago, perhaps it was Sunday. That petition the last time I checked had crossed 15,000 petitions but that was either Friday or early Saturday morning so it may have been over 20,000 or 25,000 when Change dot org quashed that petition as well. End of Wednesday, April 15 update.

The Stop ID2020 Bill Gates from vaccinating the world, Change dot org Petition was just approaching 150,000 signatures. But more importantly, the spin rate on the Petition signatures almost looked like an animation the names of those signing were going by so fast.

I estimate the signatures were going by about 3 to 6 per second. Figure 250 per minute, that would be 15,000 signatures per hour.  In one day's time that would have been around 360,000 signatures per 234 hours. Amazing! And, the signatures per hour may have still be accelerating based on the number of shares that were being made by signature signers.

The Change dot org petition was reasonable and fair, yet was censored even though it probably would have ended up with several million signatures. Welcome to the Corporate Media which pretends to be fair and righteous, and free.

Chuck Todd of NBC Meet the Press confuses his 2020 Coronavirus CDC numbers that actually show the opposite of what Todd Claims.

Sunday, March 6, 2020 is when Chuck Todd of Meet the Press stated that 21% of Coronavirus deaths are under 65 years of age and that 48% of all ICU patients are under also under 65, but what is he and the CDC really saying?  

What Todd and the CDC are really saying is that 15% of the population (our seniors), represent 79% of all Coronavirus deaths. In other words, Seniors are dying at a 527% rate when compared to those under age 65. These two percentages are not far off of the 2017-2018 U.S. Senior flu epidemic in which 82% of all flu deaths were to Seniors 65 and over.

Just as disturbing is the ICU statistic that 48% of all ICU patients are under 65. This stat could mean that Seniors are not surviving that long in Intensive Care Unit before death, thus allowing younger patients to take their place and stay longer in the ICU when it should be Seniors who would take the longest to win their battle with Coronavirus.

In my opinion, if Seniors are being kept bed bound the entire time they are in the Hospital then they may not be receiving their best chance for survival.

A body afflicted with flu / pneumonia at rest, tends to stay at rest, until death do they part. If these Seniors are not being placed in upright chairs a couple of times a day to reinforce themselves and serve as a form of very very mild exercise, then our Seniors may be more likely to succumb to their flu, pneumonia or virus related illness. 

Hospital physical therapists know the truth about using a chair as a form of very mild exercise, but they won't publicize it for fear of losing their jobs and being blacklisted.

People with COVID-19 should not be kept bed bound their entire time in the Hospital, it might kill them.

When my 87 year old Mother survived her bout with pneumonia in 2014 it was because the Hospital physical therapist suggested Mom exercise. I looked at the therapist as if she had lost her marbles. She then explained that even sitting upright in a chair can help someone with pneumonia, otherwise they continue to weaken, sink into their hospital bed, and they succumb to the build up of fluids and mucous in their chest.

Mom only weighed around 86 pounds at that time, but it took the two of us several minutes just to get my Mother's jello like body in the upright position on the side of her bed. We then held her up so we could move her to a chair next to her Hospital bed. 

Normally, Nurses can't do this somewhat time consuming process process because they cannot leave the patient alone in their seated chair due to the patient possibly falling out of the chair.

Fortunata Machi's 2014 recovery from her flu/pneumonia began after being placed in an upright Hospital chair.

My mother's 2014 rebound from flu / pneumonia seemed miraculous. From looking as if she was on death's door, so jello like it took myself and the physical therapist a couple of minutes just to get her upright on the side of her Hospital bed. We then moved Mom to an upright chair and at first she could barely hold herself up. 

After about 5 minutes Mom started looking around. At about 10 minutes she seemed to be getting her old energy back. After about 20 to 25 minutes, Mom actually stood up with very little help from me and even took a couple of steps. From then on she just got better and better, even after being put back in her Hospital bed.

When we hear about all the elderly on ventilators who are Hospital bed bound and who remain Hospital bed bound, not all were meant to die, but many may die simply because they were not put into an upright chair a couple of times a day as a form of very mild exercise and as a way to help clear their chest area of fluid build up.
