NBC Nightly News over edits Donald Trumps comments, others blame Trump for Ronny Jackson nomination even though Jackson was also Barack Obama's doctor.

Maybe DailyPUMA no longer understands. Was watching NBC nightly news last night and saw horribly over edited  Donald Trump podium comments about his Nomination of Ronny Jackson for Department of Veteran Affairs.

Why is Trump being eviscerated for nominating a doctor for Department of Veteran Affairs when that doctor was also Barack Obama's White House doctor? At some point, we should expect fairness from the media and Democrat Politicians whether or not they approve of Trump.

Otherwise should a Democrat win the presidency in 2020 it will be just the same level of hostility coming from the Republican side.

Supreme Court Allegedly Rules Violence Guideline as a Reason to deport a US legal immigrant must be struck down, a huge fine should have been ordered instead.

Apparently Donald Trump's Department of Justice attempted to apply a "violence as a reason to deport an illegal immigrant law" to a case involving a legal immigrant, who was not violent. That is just the beginning of the madness.

CNN and Fox News are reporting that the Supreme Court Justices struck down the violence by a illegal immigrant law as being too "vague". This makes no sense to DailyPUMA. 

The Trump D.O.J. administration simply misapplied an existing law. All the Supreme Court had to do was excoriate the Trump D.O.J. for trying to apply a law where the law did not apply. Perhaps even fine the Trump D.O.J. and give the money to the falsely accused victim. There was no need to actually throw out the law.

What is this world coming to when laws or rules are simply struck down because the law is used incorrectly? Once again, our polarized, radicalized, "America is choosing sides" mind set has half the country applauding the throwing out of the law because it punishes Trump, the other half doesn't understand how a violent act by a illegal immigrant can be construed as a vague law, even if it was misapplied in this particular instance.

DailyPUMA simply points out that no law should be thrown out by the Supreme Court simply because the law was used incorrectly. Fine the Trump D.O.J. a million dollars for over reaching with a law that is perfectly easy to understand. But to simply throw out the law because it was used incorrectly seems over reaching as well by the Supreme Court.

If the law that the Supreme Court allegedly struck down instead had fines attached every time it was used incorrectly, I am pretty sure the Trump D.O.J. would reel in when they used the violence  / illegal immigrant card. 

This is truly a sad day for America, A., because Trump's D.O.J. can't tell the difference between a legal immigrant versus an illegal immigrant and the use of violence between no use of violence, and B., because the Supreme Court simply threw out a law when they should have been invoking a fine for the abusive and over reaching use of the Law in question by the Trump D.O.J.

George Stephanopoulos, the first to ask James Comey why it was ok to mention that Hillary Clinton was under Investigation, but not Trump.

Kudos to George Stephanopoulos for asking James Comey why it was ok to announce that Hillary Clinton was under investigation, but not Donald Trump.

Comey's answer to Mr. Stephanopoulos's question needed a follow up question, however. Comey basically stated that Trump was not under investigation, that it was people around Trump who were under investigation.

But this begs another question, why was a private citizen allowed to go less scrutinized, perhaps even unscrutinized versus a public official?

The Clinton emails in question were several years old. Why wasn't Trump being investigated as well? And wasn't Bernie Sanders also being investigated?

And, was investigated the right word? Wouldn't the word vetted have been the right word to use? "The FBI is vetting all the presidential candidates…"

Anyways, if Hillary Clinton had been elected president, she might have been under incredible pressure from the Progressive wing of the Democrat party AND the Neo conservatives who have come to hate her, that I am no longer sure she could have gotten anything done of note as president.

There is too much web money to be made hating on Hillary Clinton, and Hillary Clinton does not appear to have the gift of feeling the pain of her supporters. If she had felt her supporters' pain she would have used her time off after being Secretary of State and prior to running for president to try and heal wounds and mend fences. Plus she should have gotten in better cardio shape so her physical fitness would have impressed the younger generation. 

DailyPUMA guesses that Bill Clinton told Hillary Clinton to lay low and avoid public scrutiny and be a doting grandmother, not realizing that even that sage advise could backfire if it meant not being involved in Clinton Foundation on site projects, getting into good cardio shape, and possibly avoiding the lucrative wall street talks or at least instantly donating most of the money to Clinton Foundation projects.

And Bill Clinton should have accepted an annual salary for running the Clinton Foundation and then used stats to show that his salary as head of the Clinton Foundation was lower than any other Foundation head in terms of ratio to total money raised, or lower than the top 1000 Fortune 1000 businesses. Asking Clinton Foundation donors to then make a separate donation to fund Bill Clinton is not against the law, but it allowed for Clinton detractors to make it seem both scandalous and against the law.

Perhaps Bill and Hillary's biggest mistake was not confiding enough in Chelsea Clinton, who probably would have made the right call on Hillary Clinton's path to the White House, if only she had been asked and have her observations respected.

A simple question about Syria, Sarin Gas and Chloride.

Is it possible to camouflage Sarin Gas and Chloride detectors into everyday housing items such as roofing materials? How about some CIA construction guys installing Sarin Gas and Chloride detectors into places one would never think twice about?

So far, we have Russia and Syria inviting workers in to determine what happened, and the US and its allies saying that Russia and Syria are stalling for time so they can get rid of evidence. Both scenarios are plausible.

Maybe it would take too many Sarin Gas and Chloride detectors to accurately cover a wide enough area. If so, why not have Sarin Gas and Chloride detectors ready so they can be brought to the scene of an alleged attack within a half an hour to an hour away?

Could Sarin Gas and Chloride Detector Drones be launched to the site of an alleged attack to gather readings? Something better is needed than a back and forth in which both sides seem to have justifiable cause for their actions, aka, verifiable truth.

Of course, once Sarin Gas and Chloride have been found, can it be proved who detonated it?  Why does Syria have Sarin Gas and Chloride? If they did not have it stockpiled, then it could not be launched nor stolen by terrorists.

Why the Republican Party is viewed as the Party of the Heartless and the Selfish.

The biggest problem with the Republican Party is that Libertarians support them. I like the spirit behind Libertarianism, but the application of their principles is basically selfish on many fronts. If Libertarianism policies were in place, roads, cars, pipelines, rules and regulations would vary so greatly from fiefdom to fiefdom our country would not be a world power nor would it have enough economic might to spread around to its citizens.

Another flaw of Libertarianism is it really does not acknowledge what came before them as the primary reason they have an economic edge to apply to their own present day ventures.

What Libertarianism does do is give the Republican Party ample motivation and cause to not genuinely support programs like MediCAID, MediCARE or Social Security. Republican voters don't like their own parties take on these programs, however they know the Democrats would never let those programs die, so Republicans simply accept their own parties Libertarian based views knowing Dems won't let those programs die. 

If the Republican party did not embrace their Libertarian supporters, the difference in total supporters for each political party would temporarily massively shift to the Democrat Party. However, once Republicans became free to actually support Social Entitlement programs that reward those who have paid their taxes the longest, the would be on solid footing with many moderates and even Democrat Moderates.

The Republican Party Libertarian Support conundrum has caused the Republican party to face charges of racism and reluctance to change to new ideas when the reality is Republican Voters simply don't want to see their vote be equaled or overwhelmed by those just arriving into the U.S.
However, when one then mixes in the Libertarian philosophy, the Republican Party sows a reputation of stinginess and heartlessness they clearly have earned. 

After seeing my mother not be treated in the ER even though she had MediCare, why would I embrace the Democrat march towards supporting those who want to make America their home when our own government can't even take care of those who have lived in America and paid  their taxes for the past 40 years.

And yet, the Republican Party is the party of no. The Republican party appears to be clueless when it comes to truly hearing the pain of those who support them, or, they simply have accepted that the Democrats will always stop them from doing the unthinkable and cutting programs that actually reward those who have paid into the system the longest, except when it comes to MediCARE.

The cruelest twist here is the Democrats, the supposedly passion filled party, is so fixated on collecting new voters through Immigration and youthful causes they too have abandoned those who have paid their taxes the longest.

In DailyPUMA's view, a Libertarian is a person who feels no obligation to society as a whole other than offer a product or service and receive compensation in return. This Libertarian lack of obligation has driven the Republican Party to the brink of not understanding that programs such as Home Healthcare can both create true infrastructure jobs while giving back to those who have paid their taxes for the longest period of time.

Come on Reasonable People, both Political Parties are full of shit, the Republicans moreso, but the democrats are not far behind, in some ways, maybe its worse to be perceived as being better than one really is.

Seeing the ER Forcibly remove my dear sweet, loving 91 year old mother and myself by a security guard when she was sick and then to have her die just three days later in my arms has obviously been a wake up call for me. If you really believe the Republicans are the Devil, and Democrats are the Angels sent from on nigh, you are full of shit and need an enema.

Both Parties suck and both parties spend most their time trying to convince the public that the other side is destroying America. DailyPUMA believes the following, if our country is systematically discarding our elderly who are on MediCARE and neither party seems to care, then we presently are the shit hole country Donald Trump loathes.

The only president that I can recall from the last 50 years who went almost moderate center was Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton was also the only president in the past 80 years to both lower his annual budget deficit each and every year he was in power and to also leave office more popular then when he went in.

Yet Bill Clinton has been reviled by both Conservatives AND Progressives. So take note, if you truly believe only one side of the political spectrum is for you, then you are a dunderhead, and that's not my opinion, its fact

Understanding Meaningful Infrastructure for the Rust Belt States and Beyond.

Unfortunately for most Americans, Donald Trump probably has more awareness regarding infrastructure for roads, bridges and highways than he does for helping reduce the opioid addiction problem that he claimed he would fight if elected president.

Unfortunately for most Americans, the Progressive wing of the Democrat party calls someone a racist if they are first and foremost concerned with the welfare of citizens who have lived in this country for many decades and paid their taxes rather than focus on other issues currently occupying the minds of Progressives that involve complete capitulation to the Unending Undocumented, aka the newly arriving.

Unfortunately for most Americans, Hillary Clinton never felt the pain of her followers who all have at least one friend who hates Hillary Clinton with such passion it boggles the mind while Hillary Clinton just never fought back. Hillary Clinton let her followers suffer in silence by remaining quiet over so many wild accusations they could not all be true.

Unfortunately for most Americans, Donald Trump most likely cares most about his own family first and how how his political ventures can enrich his own family.

Unfortunately for most Americans, Hillary Clinton is blind to the notion of being in kick arse cardio shape so she can inspire others over her own renewed commitment to physical fitness, yet she wants to improve healthcare for all?

Unfortunately for most Americans, Donald Trump was elected president without having to show his income tax returns even as everybody clamored for Hillary Clinton to show hers, and she did.

Unfortunately for all Americans, Donald Trump probably does not even know what M.N.N.A. means, yet he is supposed to negotiate peace with North Korea.

Unfortunately for most Americans, Donald Trump is possibly in debt to Russian Oligarchs, and this indebtedness is likely affecting his ability to govern.

Unfortunately for most Americans, the Republican Party is so damn dense they are against programs like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid because it allows the Republican party to pick up the Libertarian Vote. Meanwhile Republican voters who do believe in the big three simply know the Democrats will never let the crazy Republicans do away with these programs, even as they continue to vote Republican.

Unfortunately for most Americans, the Republican Party's hate of Medicaid for American Citizens is so off the charts that the concept of using Home Health Care to both reduce Nationwide MediCare costs while simultaneously providing in home healthcare jobs for unemployed sons and daughters living with their aging parents is beyond comprehension.

Unfortunately for most Americans, using home healthcare as a form of Rust Belt and Beyond economic Infrastructure is a concept that the Republican Party just cannot grasp and one that the Democrat Party has parked behind Immigration, Me Too, and Gun Control, and our country is the worse for it.

It may be easier to fix the Republican Party then steer the Careening Out of Control Democrat Party.

It's such a shame that the Republican Party really is the party of no compassion. It is the fatal flaw that makes the Republican party look old and intractable and makes the label of racism, stick. 

The Democrats have created an image of the party of the Doo Gooders who want everyone to have a chance, even if it means those who have paid their taxes the longest find themselves suddenly steamrollered by the newest members of the Party, newly arrived immigrants both legal and illegal.

The condescending media mocks the Rustbelt States and  older americans who have been here for several decades or longer as being "bitter and clinging" religious zealots (Is Obama every going to apologize for that truly racist comment?) even though it is because their vote is being swallowed up and spit out by the newly arriving, both legal and otherwise. Those who have lived in this country for a few decades and have been paying their taxes are fearful of change that could wipe out their own history and legacy, are now being called racist for being fearful of change that wipes them off the map.

The same bitter clingers being called racist are the same people who would welcome with open arms anyone who came to the U.S. legally as long as they knew they themselves were not being marginalized. I watched my own 91 year old mother marginalized by the Medicare system and simply denied the proper ER service. 3 days later what was a cold turning into much worse and caused her death at home in my arms. The ER simply labeled my mother's wheezing as "emphysema" without even taking a chest x-ray, making any further care that much harder for here to get. The doctor literally took my claims of her wheezing not being a normal thing and that here words were broken when she spoke as a sign of emphysema even though I had been my mother's caregiver for the past 8 years.

It is sad that Republicans are so obtuse they don't see how close they are to taking back the mantle of being the party of caring. Right now the Democrat party, having lost chunks of their Rustbelt State support have chosen to label their former party supporters as racist for not blindly supporting immigration even as former democrats see themselves being marginalized by the system.

There is talk of an infrastructure bill and many immediately think of roadways and bridges in disrepair. Home healthcare is the NEW infrastructure need that would help drive down overall healthcare costs while also promoting a compassionate component to all of our lives. Republican politicians just don't get the concept of compassion.  Democrat politicians who tend to support Home Healthcare have made Home Healthcare less of a priority than immigration and gun  control, probably because Democrat politicians are salivating over all the new votes they will receive from the newly arrived and the illegally arrived who Democrats want to immediately give the right to vote. 

If Democrats were truly sincere, they would demand that DACA and extended family, and others here illegally would have to wait to vote for 10 years and they would have to pay for their own health insurance. Ask a democrat if they would be ok with allowing immigrants in if those immigrants cannot vote for 10 years and would have to pay for their own health insurance. One would be called racist for making such conditions. Isn't that special.

Home healthcare produces more acts of love and kindness  between the old and the young and even among family members, and that surely may be a way to reduce gun violence. The more love and compassion produced at the family level that is then seen by others when seniors are seen on a walk with someone much younger holding their hand, the more positive vibes that get spun out into the local community. 

If only either party were to embrace Home Healthcare as a number one priority in this country, they would have my vote, and possibly the vote of tens of millions of voters struggling to figure out how to take care of themselves or their aging parents.

It may be easier to fix the Republican Party by adding caring Democrats to it than it will be to get the vote whore hungry Democrat party to see that Home Healthcare is their number one priority. Sadly, Hillary Clinton seems to have no desire to become cardio fit and a Home Healthcare Advocate and has been politically set adrift in a world where all she can do is support Progressive causes that continue to harm the Rustbelt States, just so Democrats can add more new voters to their voter rolls so they can "take back" America from those who have lived here for decades and paid their taxes for decades.

Los Angeles Grocery Store closing because of too much theft, will convert to a Mexican Grocery Store instead.

Would Republican Politicians really tolerate a popular grocery store called Vons going out of business because of too much theft?  No, they would clamp down and pass some type of law that would give security guards and even citizens more rights to stop the theft.

Here in the Los Angeles, the store simply becomes a Mexican brand grocery store. As Barack Obama once said, Middle America is bitter, grocery clinging, afraid of change and afraid of other ethnics.  

So because I don't think its right to allow so much theft to go on I can be called a Nazi for being against change. Apparently Democrat politicians think its ok for theft to go on and on until the parent company Vons gives up and converts it to a Mexican grocery story.

"You will accept change or be called a racist, and you vill like it", say the Democrat Politicians, sure sounds like Nazi's to me.

Three reasons why DailyPUMA is no longer a Moderate Democrat.

The first reason DailyPUMA is no longer a Moderate Democrat. After 8 years and almost 1000 posts written by DailyPUMA, DP received ONE comment regarding the death of their mother even though the photo and caption of DP's mother was posted at the top of the blog for the past 10 days.

Allegedly DailyPUMA gets around 1,500 hits a day. Barely a hundred are from the U.S. The rest are primarily from European countries. If Hillary Clinton supporters are that narcissistic as to not support real supporters of Hillary Clinton as DP has been for the past 8 years, then maybe they follow a narcissist as well who seems content with the knowledge that about 40% of the population truly hates her. Apparently Hillary Clinton's own supporters feel the pain of the hate towards Hillary Clinton hate moreso than HIllary Clinton does. Hillary Clinton criticisms seems to fall off of Ms. Clinton's psyche like wisps of exfoliated skin that become anvils by the time they land on top of her most ardent supporters.

DailyPUMA has advocated the past couple of years that Hillary Clinton become cardio fit. Ms. Clinton's lack of desire to first get cardio fit and then let the world know and be inspired by her fitness is especially appalling in lieu of her alleged desire to draft quality healthcare legislation. If one isn't cardio fit, then designing healthcare reform, or claiming to be an advocate for healthcare reform is oxymoronic in DailyPUMA's opinion.

Although DailyPUMA admires Hillary Clinton's recovery by flipping off her sandals after her two rather scary slips at the top of a very long stone stairway in India, it was rather unsettling to see her almost fall twice first. Perhaps she walked up all those stairs, but the message most likely the Rust Belt states got was, "and she wanted to be president"?

Hillary Clinton took three years off from public life before her 2016 presidential run and apparently during all that free time did not get involved in the Clinton Foundation nor their projects, nor did she become cardio fit. Hillary Clinton did speak on Wall Street and pocket millions in the process. DailyPUMA would be ok with the speaking fees IF Hillary Clinton had been also getting cardio ready and actually overseeing Clinton Foundation projects. Every president but one going back to Ronald Reagen did some type of exercise to stay in shape. The only president from Reagan going forward who had no reputation for exercise, George Bush Sr., was a one term president.

But beyond all of these rather trifling points, the real reason DailyPUMA is no longer a Moderate Democrat is because of how his own mother met her demise. After DP had kept his own mother OUT of the hospital for almost four years by being a round the clock caregiver, mom was denied a basic level of care at the ER that resulted in her dying three days later at home in DP's arms.

Do you think DP gives a fuck about immigration when DP's own mother was denied basic medical service after DP's parents had paid their taxes for 35 years and had earned the right to Medicare? 

DP now sees the issues of Immigration, racism and gun control as Democrat obfuscation strategies that divert attention away from other issues such as killing seniors by  siphoning healthcare funds that could save seniors to immigration, racism accusation issues and gun control issues. 

The Democrats attempt to give an equal voice to someone who just arrives in the country, legally or otherwise, versus those who have lived here for a majority of their lives and paid taxes for decades and could be in danger of losing a long held property or be denied basic healthcare they have earned the right to receive, is lethally obscene in DailyPUMA's opinion..

DP is not Pro Republican, DP is however in disagreement with the Democrat party choosing immigration, making accusations of racism against the Rust Belt States, and gun control issues over respecting the rights of seniors to actually exercise their right to MediCARE so they can live AS LONG AS THEY ARE MOTIVATED and WANT to Live. The democrats also seem to have little regard for protecting families and their homes from the blight of family related health issues and lack of jobs from the clutches of banking rules that could and should take into account a families long history of responsibility.

It is DailyPUMA's opinion that seniors are being systematically killed off by sociopathic medical practices and standards that in a handful of states such as the State of California are governed by a 40 year old, 250,000 dollar ER Negligence damage cap. 

A few years back when a ballot proposition by the legal profession to simply allow the 40 year old ER negligence cap to keep pace with inflation, meaning the cap would go from 250,000 to 1.1 million dollars, the insurance industry spent 100 million dollars to defeat the measure. While 250,000 dollars seems like a lot, Lawyers won't take even blatant cases of negligent medical assistance because it can take up to 200,000 dollars to prepare the case for court. If you are elderly, the odds of being protected from medical indifference by fear of a lawsuit appear to be non-existent.

A Rust belt Trump supporter is not racist, they are correct in demanding that their vote count for MORE than someone who has either entered the country illegally or has just become a citizen. Democrats are relying on immigrant votes to regain control of Congress because as Barack Obama stated…

"They (Rustbelt Middle America) get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment"

Do you realize what Barack Obama was really saying? Obama was really saying if you are in the U.S. legally and have paid taxes for the past 30,40, or 50 years, don't expect the government to be there for you when we can harvest millions of new democrat votes through immigration, legal and otherwise.

Wake up people, Democrats placing the rights of newly arrived immigrants, legal and otherwise over the rights of their own taxpaying long time residents is what should be  the topic of discussion right now

My Beautiful and Amazing 91 year old Mother was refused service at her local E.R. for a wheezing chest and died 2 and 1/2 days later. I am Devastated.

Florida Shooter PBS story appears to have a very glaring conflict.

"Initial local media aerial footage showed students and staff being escorted in single file to safety as a phalanx of officers descended on the grounds of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Police said the suspect weaved in and out of the building before he was eventually arrested later off the school grounds".

"The suspect was arrested without incident, Israel said, in a Coral Springs, a nearby community. He had fled the scene by mixing in with the students and faculty that were being escorted out of the building, the sheriff said".

Are not these two explanations from the same story in conflict with each other? Either the shooter left early enough to avoid being seen, or he left amidst the students who were walking single file and there should be footage of him in the line walking out, no?  

Everything about the shooter's profile and history adds up that he must have done it. But, once his personal life story has been established as a ticking time bomb, whether or not he actually did the shooting, just say he did it and everyone will believe it. Apparently just being within the vicinity after the shooting occurred, then backtrack that he did it, and everyone will believe it. DailyPUMA believes the shooter did it, but….

Why was an image of the shooter walking amidst the students who were all walking single file not released to the public?  

That one image would tie everything together, no? What is DailyPUMA not understanding. Please explain in the comments section. Are the two quotes cited above in conflict with each other, or not?

Trump's aluminum, steel tariffs comes mere days before Pennsylvania Race, GOP exonerates Trump in the Russia Investigation one day before key Pennsylvania battleground race.

At first nobody would link the real reason Donald Trump suddenly wanted aluminum and steel tariffs, the upcoming election in Pennsylvania between Rick Saccone and Connor Lamb. DailyPUMA seems to recall to it took several days before a quid pro quo was alluded to by the mainstream media in regards to the Alumininum and Steel Tariffs. Is the Mainstream media that slow to figure out the obvious?

Now we have the GOP exonerating Donald Trump ONE DAY BEFORE the Pennsylvania race between Rick Saccone and Connor Lamb in regards to the Russia Investigation. 

Democrat Connor Lamb is running as a Moderate. Hillary Clinton used to be a moderate, until several male candidates ganged up on her, forcing her to go more and more progressive. If the Democrats truly want the rust belt states back, they need to run Moderate, not Progressive.

In the meantime we have two Republican tactics timed to try and push Saccone over the finish line in a race he is being gained on at shockingly fast pace by Connor Lamb.

Putin Plays One Dimensional Chess as he threatens nuclear reciprocation while allowing North Korea to Taunt the U.S. with Nuclear threats.

(DailyPUMA update - March 12, 2018, 3:25pm, just a mere days after writing this article, North Korea and the U.S. announced a timetable for discussion over the issue of nuclear weapons. The push towards talks was apparently deftly handled behind the scenes by  Moon Jae-in, President of South Korea.)

While the U.S. media has much to munch on, Valdimir Putin's recent statement that Russia has Nuclear Weapon technology that can reach anywhere on the planet and that it would be used if his region is ever hit by a nuclear weapon….needs further vetting.

Did Putin just state that no matter what North Korea does or says in regards to their own Nuclear Weapon's stash, it is irrelevant as to how Russia would proceed in the event of a North Korea firing of a Nuclear Weapon and then the U.S. responding in kind?  

Putin's statement seems to be implying that the U.S.  better not react nor respond to any North Korean aggression because Russia resides next to North Korea. This just seems to confirm that Putin is all in on North Korea and because he feels he has control over North Korea, he does not care what North Korea says or does in regards to the United States.

As all the players present themselves at the nuclear card table, nobody seems capable of a strong hand that does not actually destroy the planet. Donald Trump had his own daughter allegedly lead a negotiating team at the Winter Olympics that was to interact with North Korea. For this to make even a modicum of sense, Daughter Trump would need to know how to discuss, negotiate and how to bargain. 

Trump's and Tillerson's position of saying no bargaining until North Korea disassembles their Nukes is not the answer. Putin stating that the U.S. better not retaliate no matter what happens, is also not the answer. Trumps giving his daughter authority to be intertwined with North Korea on such an incredibly delicate situation, is most certainly and insanely not the answer. Ironically, the Clintons have much more positive sway over North Korea than anyone from the Trump team, but Trump burned that bridge when he illegally used FCC airwaves to make false claims about Hillary Clinton during and after the 2016 Presidential Race and Election.

The very reason that Trump won the presidency, the use of a toxic manifesto that made Trump believe he could lie and assassinate the character of his political rival without any punishment or retribution, is why he is the President. But it is also why he has been under investigation even though no on one will admit to that. 

Yet one wonders if Trump's refusal to impose sanctions against Russia, and Russia in turn helping North Korea by breaking existing sanctions already in place against North Korea seems like a too cozy scenario that needs to be investigated. They all seem to be complicit so they can keep the world in fear, or they are all to incompetent to deal with the situation before they make an unmanageable mistake.

As DailyPUMA has suggested numerous times in the past, M.N.N.A., Major Non Nato Ally designation for North Korea in exchange for the disassembly of their nuclear weapons may be the most logical path to take. Does the MainStream Media, or Ivanka Trump, even know what M.N.N.A. stands for?

Gun Control Idea. Why not make lifetime Income Requirements a pre-requisite for owning a gun, any gun.

Donald Trump and those who know him claim that Trump's perceived insensitivity to those of other races is economically driven, not racially driven. Donald Trump seems to support pretty much anything that he perceives as creating jobs or profits, so there is some truth to this statement. DP will refrain from mentioning some other issues out of respect to the topic at hand, guns in the hands of the young, immature, and unemployable.

DailyPUMA would like to suggest that the NRA, Donald Trump and the Republican Party embrace the concept of a Minimum Economic Wage Threshold before being able to purchase a gun, any gun. While this may not have prevented the Las Vegas shooting, it most likely would add a significant layer of protection to student on student shootings, which is the issue of the moment, as it should be.

Why should anyone who has not earned at least 100,000 dollars in wages verified by the IRS income tax process, be allowed to purchase a gun of any kind? If a person cannot show a significant income history, then the likelihood exists that they really don't have much in the way of property to protect anyways, nor have they learned how to properly interact with society long enough if they have not earned at least 100,000 dollars in wages. It takes a certain level of people skills to stay employed long enough to earn 100,000 dollars over the course of a few or several years time.

The 100,000 dollar income verification threshold before a person can buy a gun in the U.S. allows for the maturing of individuals prior to purchasing a gun. The writers of the Constitution, in one way or another, were either significant wage earners or writers of news that influenced the day's thinking. If we are going to cite the second amendment, then lets at least acknowledge that the founding constitution writers had an expectation that they were speaking about wage earners and laborers.

What this country does not need are young, unemployables buying weapons. Would anyone really argue against this point. Young people who have not earned 100,000 dollars in wages and still want access to weapons can join the military.

The MainStream Media's complicity in getting the Lying and Deceitful Dickhead Elected President in 2016.

DailyPUMA apologizes for calling our present president a lying dickhead, however, Donald Trump continues to call Hillary Clinton "Crooked Hillary" and other contemptible names without a shred of evidence that has been adjudicated in a court of law. Therefore, the Lying Dickhead will exist as long as Trump continues to lie about other political candidates. (attention mainstream sheeple media, the above is a DISCLAIMER, something you don't have the backbone to apply to Trump's accusations that he presents as facts.)

After Hillary Clinton, the leading 2016 Female Presidential Candidate, released her Income Tax Returns both Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump attacked her for making money by giving Wall Street Speeches and then not releasing the Wall Street transcripts.

Was it ethical for the media to give two Male Presidential Candidates who did not release their own Income Tax Returns (Sanders hid his wealth under his wife's name so even releasing his own Income Taxes would not have provided enough relevancy) media time to attack the leading Female Presidential Candidate's reputation based on Income Tax Return information that both Male Presidential Candidates refused to release to the the public?

Is it acceptable for the media to simply report on what the Presidential Candidates are publicly saying about each other when these same Candidates are not all releasing or allowing the same access to the same type of information? Whatever happened to the concept of a DISCLAIMER being placed every time a lying dickhead makes a deceitful, unproven charge?

When the press went hog wild over the Democrat National Committee email hack, was it actually ethical to do so when the Republican National Committee would not release their own emails? If yes, it was ethical, then explain why was it ethical to not remind the viewing audience via a disclaimer that the Republican National Committee is refusing to release their own emails. It's the mainstream media's failure to notify their audience of the "Gotcha's", the similar information that the accusers are not themselves releasing that continues to gall DailyPUMA.

When Donald Trump responded that he would release his own income tax returns when Hillary Clinton released her "30,000 emails", was Donald Trump also going to release all of his own emails?  It sounds like Hillary Clinton was to surrender her Income Tax Returns and her "30,000 emails and in exchange Donald Trump would release his Income Tax Returns, but not his own personal emails.

Lets add up the list, Hillary Clinton was to release her own income tax returns, her "30,000 emails", the DNC emails, and the Republicans would only release Trump's Income Tax returns. This level of palpable absurdity was embraced by the MainStream Media who never once provided a disclaimer  that what the lying, deceitful dickhead wanted was not actually an equitable exchange nor were his accusations ever proven in a court of law.

What is even crazier is everyone knows where Hillary Clinton flew during her entire time as Secretary State, but nobody knows where Donald Trump flew or who he cavorted with via his own private airplane during that same time span. We also don't know where the Donald Trump's kids traveled to on Trump's airplane prior to Trump becoming a Presidential Candidate. 

Every time the Lying Dickhead accused Hillary Clinton of meetings that put Clinton ahead of the country, did the media then add a disclaimer that Trump has never revealed who he cavorted with during the same time period, or that Trump was expressing his opinion, an opinion that has never been proven in a court of law. Just because Trump was a private citizen during a certain time span then becomes irrelevant once Trump becomes a political candidate, yet somehow the mainstream media just did not get it. And the mainstream media still does not get it. 

When Trump demands that Hillary Clinton be investigated, the media does not provide a disclaimer  to its audience that Donald Trump is the first president in the history of the United Stated to Instruct Justice upon the Justice Department and it is unknown if it is even legal to do so.

DailyPUMA believes the mainstream media has reached a crossroads in which they have to decide if it is ok to allow politicians access to their audience without then making a disclaimer if they are not being allowed equitable access to the accusers own business, personal and political histories. 

The mainstream media seems to think it is ok to simply report on what a politician says, with no clarifications or disclaimers. 

If Trump calls Hillary Clinton a "criminal", or "Crooked Hillary", should not the media also provide a disclaimer that Donald Trump's views have never been proven in a court of law and are simply his own unproven accusations. 

Why did the media allow Trump to say whatever he wanted about another politician without any correction or disclaimer? If I were a billionaire, I would be suing the mainstream media so they never again allow a lying dickhead like Donald Trump to say whatever he wants about another person's reputation without inserting a disclaimer if the accusation has not been proven in court.

The Media enforced a double standard during the 2016 Presidential election, one in which those who did not abide by the rules could then publicly reprimand those who did. Sadder still, those who were allowed to ransack the media were male while the one who had to take the inequity and damage to their own reputation with unproven accusations was female.  

You Republicans who are "outraged" that the "Me Too" movement has "demanded" you condemn some of the bad behavior of your Republican politicians who deserve it, it is because Trump was given such a long leash to lie and deceive people while no one from the media did the ethical thing and reminded their viewers with a disclaimer that the Lying dickhead was making claims that have not been proven in a court of law.

Did the Lying Dickhead ever prove the following message that he tweeted himself was true, or that it was his opinion?

Lying Dickhead Trump never proved his Most Corrupt Candidate Ever allegation nor did he not say that it was his opinion. The Lying Dickhead stated his opinion as fact. 

Why wasn't the Lying Dickhead's Twitter Privileges suspended? Could you or I do the same about another person as Trump did in regards to Hillary Clinton? Mainstream Media elected Donald Trump and won't admit it, all because they were too afraid to add disclaimers to the Dickhead in Chief's false, unproven missives. No wonder the Lying Dickhead mocks the Media, the Lying Dickhead KNOWS he should have been disclaimed every single time he lied, yet rarely if ever was a lie told by Trump, or an opinion presented as fact, disclaimed by the Mainstream media.

CNN's Jack Kingston attempts to trivialize the U.S. youth anti gun movement.

The Fake Newsers within the Republican Party can't seem to word control their own message. The latest in a salvo of Fake News accusations by Republicans involves Jack Kingston, a former Republican Senator who claims that kids don't have the where with all to put together a country wide anti gun protest unless it is being supported by the rich elite left.

Jack Kingston's Syncopatic put down of the planned nationwide anti gun protests inspired by teen anger over ongoing school shootings is extraordinarily obtuse. Kingston's comments almost felt like a hastily put together verbal assault planned behind the scenes by the NRA.

Kingston's condescending belief that teen fear and loathing  of the ongoing Republican / NRA lovefest that has now been fueled by school shootings is nothing more than young kids being manipulated by George Soros or the far left speaks to an inbred political narcissism borne between feuding Hatfield and McCoys power brokers. 

Here's hoping that Mr. Kingston quickly circles the drain.

Time to split up the NRA.

It would be wrong to assume that everyone who is in the NRA agrees with the NRA on all of their legislative lobbying. When Trump's first legislative action after becoming President was to loosen gun ownership restrictions on the mentally ill, DailyPUMA wonders if it was a quid pro quo arrangement. 

What did the NRA do that compelled Trump to make appeasing the NRA the very first thing he did as President?

The NRA may have helped Donald Trump get elected with unknown tens of millions of dollars of advertising revenue, perhaps even figuring out a way to gin the vote in various critical precincts while also working as a conduit with Russia. Then Trump's first legislative action is to repeal gun ownership restrictions regarding the mentally ill and domestic abusers??? 

As Rachel Maddow recently pointed out, not only was Trump's first legislative action the relaxing of restrictions on gun ownership for those with mental or domestic violence issues, but apparently the photos that were taken of Trump's first legislative Pro NRA signing have never been released to the public even though apparently many have tried to get the image of Donald Trump signing the easing of gun restriction legislation into law.

Going forward, how can the smoldering anger over ongoing gun violence in schools be used to usurp some of the NRA's Power? One thing DailyPUMA learned from the 2016 Presidential election, if Barack Obama's support gives Hillary Clinton 10 million votes, but 7 million Hillary Clinton Moderates switch to Trump because Hillary Clinton refused to speak poorly of Barack Obama, the net result is a four million vote loss for Hillary Clinton. This win many, lose more scenario can also be used to loosen the NRA's influence over congress if NRA members had another gun  membership lobby option.

If a competing Gun Membership Lobby option could sway just 33% of NRA members, suddenly politicians would have an alternative option to negotiate with. Additionally, hemorrhaging 33% of NRA membership will probably cause the neosubversive elements within the NRA to soften up just a bit.

Another approach would simply be to focus on membership for those who oppose the NRA, in essence neutralizing the NRAs reach by simply having an alternative source of lobbying funds available to promote more sane answers to what is in fact a mental health / gun problem in the U.S.

One thing the gun lobby does not want to accept, but should, is that guns are possibly the only thing made on the planet that do not decompose. Sure, guns rust, or some part may need replacing, reoiled, or refiled, but virtually any gun can be restored. So, over time, guns become like cockroaches, except they never die, instead they hibernate until needed.

The NRA is partly responsible for the weaponizing of the planet, which in turn increases the percentage of military expenditures by our own government versus more humane forms of government relief, like healthcare, abundant funding for schools, and so on. The Clinton era was the last time that the federal budget deficit was shrinking, which would have led to more funding for peaceful use. Without intervention the growth of guns on the planet will continue to exponentially expand.

This is not about taking an NRA member's guns away, this is about creating an alternative lobbying viewpoint about guns that more closely simulates the view of guns by those with a disdain for the never ending increase in gun creation. Right now the NRA represents a Monarchy, a Dictatorship of lobbying power. 

Rather than allow the NRA to continue within a vacuum, lets come up with an alternative gun reform association   for those who want to have a choice when it comes to gun lobbying groups.

Many believe that if "the people" don't have as many guns as they want that government will become emboldened over their citizens. DailyPUMA agrees with this belief. However, Why not set up an earned income clause in which once a person has earned $100,000 dollars worth of income, they can buy a gun. The idea being that by working first, people have to learn to assimilate with others via work, and could make younger people less of a threat to shoot up a school.
