Remember when PUMA blogs were being shut down in the summer of 2008? An IP traceable to Masergy communications shut down three of my blogs.

When PUMA blogs were being mysteriously shut down in the summer of 2008, I was able to identify the identical IP number on three of my sites within a minute before each blog was shut down. Not only were three of my blogs shut down, they were shut down within a couple of minutes of each other. It was as if someone simply went from blog to blog to blog of mine "reporting" them.

Fortunately for me, I had a way to identify the last IP number that appeared on my three blogs that were shut down. The IP number was identical on all three blogs! Clearly, the same entity shut down all three of my blogs.

I was able to identify the IP number as belonging to Masergy Communications. If anybody is interested, the one name that stands out to me is Tim Naramore, who just so happens to be chief technology officer and also used to work for McLeod USA. McLeod also had a PAC and as one studies the web of interconnections there just might be some funny business going on.

You can immerse yourself in finding connections and what not at Muckety dot com. Unfortunately, neither Naramore or Masergy comes up at Muckety dot com, however, McLeod USA Incorporated formerly employed four of the first five names on the Masergy communcations link provided above.

If you want to learn how to use Muckety dot com, you might as well practice with McLeod USA incorporated, and start your map. There is a retractable tool bar located on the left side of the screen. Click on that and tools come out. Highlight McLeod USA and then click on "expand" from the tool bar, and connections start connecting. Pretty cool actually.

I just find it odd that Masergy is not listed in the muckety dot com data base. I consider the disabling of three of my blogs so quickly, one after the other back in the summer of 2008, by the identical IP that links back to Masergy, as being a political attack and one that deserves investigating.

To be fair, I emailed Masergy twice asking what was going on back then, and never heard back.
As for creating your own muckety dot com map, once created, it appears you can actually bookmark it, or at the very least, copy and save it for future reference.

Donald Trump name Goes Kerplunk for Some Investors.

Check out these two links about Investment projects in which Donald Trump adds his name only and investors collectively lose millions of dollars.

In at least some instances investors lost their retirement savings investing in Trump name projects. Yet Donald Trump just keeps on ticking with new ads that seem to be making outrageous claims.

SHOCKING CLAIMS BEING MADE BY THE NEXT TRUMP INVESTMENT ENTICEMENT.

The ad above is running on facebook and the claims that scroll across the top of the ad, in my opinion, are over the top. I don't feel comfortable linking to the ad because I don't know if some secret facebook software program will grab your IP and put you on a suckers list for future Trump ads.

I seem to recall that the Mexico resort project was touted on the Apprentice show by Trump himself. Why can't NBC contribute the profits from the Apprentice show to the investors who were apparently misled into thinking the project, whether profitable or not, would at least be built.

It is important to note that people invested money in what they thought was a sure thing, that the building would be built. Even if the investors lost money, at least they would have part ownership of SOMETHING.

Lets say an investor put up 300,000 dollars for a condo suite. Lets say when all is said and done, the condo suite is only worth 200,000 dollars. The point is the suite exists and the investor can at least live in it.

In this instance, NOTHING WAS BUILT! This is so outrageous that at the very least, Trump's future earnings, along with his kids, should be garnished until the investors are paid back, plus interest, and NBC should help as well. I seem to recall that Trump trumpeting how amazing these investment properties would be during the broadcasting of the show "The Apprentice".

This gave the project instant credibility and since all the parties, NBC, Trump, and his kids, were profiting from the show, they should all take responsibility for implying the project was a can't miss on television to millions of viewers.

It is entirely possible that portions of the Apprentice could have been used to promote the resort project to investors, and that shold make the show, NBC, and the Trumps fair game.

One Big Happy Family could be a very important show.

Racism ends when not just the "pretty people" of any ethnicity get the attention. The question I have is, now what? In this TLC six part documentary called "One Big Happy Family" we get to meet the Coles, but then what?
I am interested in watching the entire documentary series, but what if nothing changes by the end, other than we get to know the Coles? Will that really be enough?

Should that be enough?

One of My Favorite DailyPUMA ARTICLES of 2009 Reprinted Below.

Remember the woman who called 911 because McDonalds STOLE her money and WOULD NOT give it back?

McDonalds had run out of Chicken McNuggets and their solution was to give her a substitute meal of equal or greater value, but under no circumstances was Latreasa Davis or any other customer ever to get a refund. DailyPUMA wrote about it last month... (Latreasa Davis is a Hero, not a Zero.)
Latreasa Davis had the guts to demand her actual money back from a McDonalds that was planning on giving her a substitute meal she did not want. Davis was ridiculed by the media for calling 911 when in reality she was a heroic consumer advocate who wouldn't sit at the back of the bus after McDonald's refused to refund her money for a meal they could not produce. Davis's reward was to be charged with a crime for calling 911 while the media laughed at her.

It was not newsworthy for the media to report McDonalds stealing customers money and then giving the customer whatever McDonald's wanted to give, but it was newsworthy to taunt and ridicule Latreasa Davis for standing up and saying, "enough is enough".

This weeks female media victim is Nicole Word.
Nicole Word, the Poster Woman for Repeat Domestic Abuse who so far had survived numerous alleged stalking attacks by her ex boyfriend, has now been dropped from her own story so the media could glorify the judge "who saved her". Not only did Nicole Word have to survive repeated alleged threats against her life from her estranged "boyfriend", but just as she was testifying against him, IN COURT, he attacked her AGAIN! Click Above to see the RARE news story version in which Nicole Word is actually featured in the story along with the heroic judge. Or click here to see the article and the video. Sadly, the only reason this story even made the headlines was because of the video inside the courtroom.

There would have never even been a story about the repeated domestic abuse attempts if the abuser hadn't then done it in court! So you would think that Nicole Word would be featured front and center. Nope. Instead, the story makes news across the county because of the "heroic" actions of the Broward County Judge, Ian Richards.

My question is, who is the real hero in this situation? Is Judge Ian Richards the hero for stopping an assault in his own courtroom, or is it Nicole Word, who fended off several alleged death threats and had to face her tormetor in court and then survive a beating by him in court? According to the media, the judge is the hero, and Nicole is just a footnote. I base this conclusion on the following. I did several google searches. It was not until I put Nicole Word's actual name in that was I able to find a video that showed her being interviewed.

In all other cases, the videos were all about The judges heroics in jumping over his own bench to save the female in distress from an attacker. GASP. KCAL in Los Angeles ran the original video seen above, but has not archived this story in their own internet video library so after it ran on the air, it basically disappeared forever.

To glorify the judge without knowing about or hearing from the victim is just wrong. If you didn't already know the name of the female victim, odds are you wouldn't find the very scant coverage that included her own words about what happened. The media has gotten adept at being wrong when it comes to how they view Women who are champions.

Ridiculing Latreasa Davis, Ignoring Nicole Word, Oblivious to unfair voting schemes that went against Hillary Clinton, or wrongfully championing Caroline Kennedy for a legislative position without her ever having even won a popular vote in her adult life, are all signs that our media is not able to repeat an original story without dumbing it down, especially when it involves courageous women in the news.

Merry Christmas from the "Bro", starring in "How the Bro Stole the Country".

I Witnessed a Christmas Miracle Apparition at my Local Trader Joes!

I witnessed a Trader Joe's Christmas Miracle Apparition and I even took a picture of it!

There I was, standing in line while the cashier was ringing up the customer before me. All of a sudden, the cashier bobbled a big plastic bottle of Lemonade/Mango (or was it Mango Lemonade?) and it fell to the ground causing the plastic cap to explode.

Fluid gushed onto the floor. In almost no time flat, an apparition of Santa in a Sleigh appeared with in the fluid! And I took a Picture! I have that picture. Unfortunately because I use Apple's Snow Leopard platform and a canon powershot camera I cannot upload said image via the canon software.

It has now been OVER 3 MONTHS that I personally have not been able to upload new photos because Apple and Canon just don't think they've broken any rules by selling products that don't work with each other's system, even though on the back of the Canons newest packaging it clearly states their camera powershot works with Apple.

The canon camera may work with Apple's software, but I was using my canon camera with the canon software. Imagine that, using the software that comes with the camera, what was I thinking!

So, eventually, when Canon and Apple feel it is important enough and presumably fix their products so they work with each other, I will be able to upload the Christmas Miracle Apparition taken at my local Trader Joes store of Santa's Sleigh.

TheBurningPlatform.com » Economy » THE REAL WORLD - Bank of America Cuts Credit Line of Viable Business Overnight.

TheBurningPlatform.com » Economy » THE REAL WORLD

Click above to read how Bank of America almost took a fine, upstanding company and put them out of business by summarily dropping their credit line from 100,000 to 10,000 dollars overnight! This afflicted company has two quarters a year where it does really well, and two quarters where they are slow.

Of course Bank of America cut them during their slow time and almost put them out of business, but they did manage to survive the sneak attack by B of A.

Tiger Woods Elin Nordegren, is the news coverage losing sight of possible Domestic Violence by Elin?

Is Elin Nordegren calling too many of the shots in the face of Tiger Wood's lie? (Ok, I admit it, there is a pun or two in that sentence, what can I say?)

I feel like I am watching a magicians trick unfold in front of my eyes. Elin Nordegren is doing this, she's doing that, she's going here, she's going there, and yet, apparently, she nor Tiger have admitted to the possibility of domestic violence the night Tiger's Car Hooked up with a tree and Tiger appeared to have facial injuries inconsistent with the car accident.

Why is Elin allowed to leave the United States without being questioned as to what happened? How can she expect to have her day in divorce court if she never is properly questioned about happened between her and Tiger? Was Elin not considered a suspect? The longer the police wait to question her, the more her story might possibly be a concoction of what she thinks happened instead of what may have actually happened.

Latreasa Davis was arrested for "misusing" 911 even though what McDonalds did by holding her money was the equivalent of a theft in progress. Yet Elin, who may have committed domestic violence, is free to flit about flaunting her upscale status every step of the way.
If one's choice was to cooperate with the police and possibly receive a charge of domestic abuse, or, divorce Tiger Woods and receive a huge chunk of money, your kids, worldwide public sympathy, plus no domestic violence charge, which would you choose?
Just who is Elin protecting her kids from? She certainly is not protecting them from a possibly enraged, club wielding elitist deranged person who may have attacked an unarmed man. Why is Elin able to avoid answering questions from the police about what happened the night Tiger Woods was found woozy and bleeding from the face?

Just as importantly, is Tiger Woods doing right by his kids by leaving them with a woman who might have picked up a golf club and struck or threatened to strike him with it?

It is not like Elin put Tiger Woods through college to become a doctor and then Doctor Woods divorces her for a younger woman. There are many women who have not been accused of possible assault against their spouse even after having been used in a far worse way than Elin has allegedly been "used" by Tiger Woods.

Elin cannot and should not be allowed to hide under all that money when everyday people would have been questioned by the police.
Elin leads a privileged life and if she should could not control her anger over personal events involving her husband, how can the rest of us be expected to hold our anger when we don't have a billion dollars in the bank as a back up plan? Elin deserves LESS sympathy, not more, than a woman who suddenly gets dumped after helping pay for her husband's education or business career.
There is another issue here to consider, the point / counter point issue. If Tiger Woods was having unprotected sex with others and then swapping kisses with Elin, can that be considered some form of assault? Spitting is considered Assault. If a person spits at another person and the spit makes contact, the spitter can be charged with assault.

Can swapping fluids with one's wife after not even using a condom with a stranger be considered a form of assault by Tiger Woods on Elin? Should Elin ever need to defend herself against domestic abuse charges, could reacting to "being spit upon" be Elin's defense plea as to why she may have lost her self control and possibly assaulted Tiger Woods?

After being assaulted by another person, the recipient may choose to hit the assailant back as a form of defense. Is it a legal defense for Elin to see Tiger and his unprotected sex with others as a form of spitting/assault that led Elin, upon discovering what was going on, to respond to Tiger's prior actions in self defense?

Why are the police allowing Elin to flee the United States without answering to questions about possible domestic violence, and what kind of example is this setting to men and women who are not rich like Tiger and Elin?

How to Avoid the Race Card Game by Really Trying.

When discussions about political candidates bog down because of accusations of racism, the vetting of candidates becomes an almost impossible task. I believe there are ways to reduce accusations of racism when the charges of racism relate to the vetting of any political candidate.

If we limit our judgement about a politician's racial associations to people with the same ethnicity as ourselves, we limit the use of the race card.

In the case of Barack Obama and the 2008 democratic nomination race, and then the presidential race, when caucasians started criticizing Barack Obama for his non caucasian associations, they defused their own complaints about Barack Obama by giving Barack Obama supporters an excuse to use the race card.

African Americans can criticize Barack Obama and his associations with other African Americans if they believe the associations are unacceptable. It does not matter if a caucasian does not like Louis Farrakhan, what matters is if an association with Louis Farrakhan bothers african americans.

A caucasian can criticize Barack Obama for hanging out with caucasians that are of questionable character, such as Jamie Dimon of Chase bank.

When Jessie Jackson made his infamous comment about Barrack Obama and his alleged condescending speaking style towards african americans, the private comment at a public event was "caught" by a live microphone. If Jessie Jackson had been a different ethnicity then Barack Obama, there could have been accusations of racism over those remarks.

However, because an african american, (Jessie Jackson) was talking about another african american (Barack Obama), racism was never charged and the issue died down relatively quickly.

When the Clintons were charged with being racists in early 2008, what they could have done differently to deflect these ridiculous charges was to rely on their own african american supporters to defend both of them, and to also educate the Clintons on the racism nuanced line that they may have been unknowingly crossing.

The moment the Clintons spoke about historical african american politicians and how those politicians experiences related to Barack Obama, the Clintons opened themselves up to the possibility of the race card being used even if the assertions were ridiculous.

James E. Clyburn, a South Carolina congress person, rather than defend Bill Clinton against charges of racism, told Bill to shut up. Clyburn's "shut up" comment revealed himself to be a closet Barack Obama supporter.

Commenting about political relationships outside of one's own race is one sure fire way to bring race card game into a political battle and should be avoided.

Ashley Dupree gets her own Add Vice Column with the New York Post.

I don't have a problem with Ashley Dupree getting a chance to have a somewhat legitimate job, but I do have a problem with her jumping over thousands of other women who probably could do as good as or an even better job as Ashley Dupree, but won't get that chance because they got a real college education rather than practice the art of business bimbohood 101.

Why not line up Ashley Dupree with either one more equally capable woman who did not break the law, or, have a guest writer for each of her columns and then let both Ashley and her guest answer the same questions, each not seeing the other's response until it appears in the paper.
