ANOTHER Concern Troll Article appears, this time the mission is to take attention away from Hillary Clinton and onto some "new" "hope" for 2012.

I'm calling the Real Clear Politics article another "Concern Troll" Article designed to set up the 2012 presidential race. In this instance, it is as if Hillary Clinton was never even a presidential contender in 2008. Notice how its all about Barack Obama, John McCain, Sarah Palin, and the hope that the Republican contender in 2012 is someone OTHER than Sarah Palin while Hillary Clinton is not even mentioned at all!

Who is doing this? And why?

Where are the media stories reminding everybody why 18 million voters wanted Hillary Clinton in 2008 and why she would still be a viable choice in 2012? Yes, Puma Eyes cued Daily PUMA readers in on the Huffington Post article written by Will Bower about Hillary Clinton running in 2012, but that article can be somewhat mitigated by the comments that stream below it. But still, it is a start.

Huffington Post Advocates Moving your Money to a Community based Bank.

Until Glass / Steagull is re-started, moving your account to a community bank may be the best we can do under an Obama administration, just ask Huffington Post, Barack Obama's biggest supporter during the 2008 presidential election.
My Daily-Protest Blog and Bloggers Against Chase Bank blog advocated people look into credit unions over five months ago via the image provided below.

Jon Stewart Tap Dances around his own ACORN responsibility while blaming the media and defusing ACORN'S involvement in 2008 demo caucus contests.

Many of you have seen the video below. However, what I find disturbing is what Jon Stewart said at the beginning...I've transcribed it...
Of course that's just the right wing lunatic fringe in this country "race baiting" with coded insinuations and incessant attacks, of community organizations such as ACORN...

Ever since Barack Obama emerged on the national stage the conservatives have been obsessed with the group, alleging that their thugs, are committing voter fraud, well those accusations didn't really pan out, but that won't stop their paranoia, as evidenced by this hidden camera investigation of an unlikely duo looking for tax help....
-----------------------------------------------------

"Those investigations didn't really pan out"..... Just what does that mean Mr. Stewart? Clearly there were no "real" investigations of ACORN in 2008, as you point out in the rest of YOUR OWN video, so, why are you even babbling about last year and trying to gloss over it as if ACORN did nothing wrong in support of Barack Obama, especially in the democratic caucus contests.

You know, last year Mr. Stewart, 2008, the year you knew it was hip and cool to back Barack Obama, to spur your own ratings to record levels by supporting Barack Obama, even though you KNEW he had not been vetted!

Later in the ACORN video clip link provided below Jon Stewart further distances himself from news journalism by saying he himself is not a journalist. How convenient. Last year it was ok to be the toast of the political world with your hip political show, but now this year, you are not one of them.

Reminds me of Huffington Post's shenanigans as well. HP is panicked at what they see as bankcentric policymaking by Barack Obama, yet it was HP that helped Barack Obama defeat Hillary Clinton by constantly bashing Hillary Clinton on a DAILY BASIS while constantly praising Barack Obama.

We need the bubblehead awards, for the tv and media personalities who most easily shift positions from year to year, always trying to stay with the in and hip crowd. I know who the first two nominees would be.

What I Wrote about Jamie Dimon of Chase Bank that HUFFINGTON POST WOULD NOT POST in the COMMENTS SECTION.

(Edit note). To be fair, Huffington Post DID print an earlier response of mine to that same thread.

Source: www.huffingtonpost.com

As lawmakers worked out credit card reform legislation earlier this year, card issuers argued that tough restrictions would make credit costlier for consumers. Now that tough reform has been signed into law by President Barack Obama, some lenders are making good on those threats. Kezia Richards of Pennsylvania told the Huffington Post that last week she received a notice from Chase that her minimum monthly payments would be increasing from 2 to 5 percent of her total balance on her two...

----------Alessandro Machi Response that was not published--------------

Chase Bank board of directors Jamie Dimon is speaking moronically when he states that Chase Bank is trying to "help" two million Chase Bank customers pay down their low interest rate debts as fast as possible by raising the monthly minimum payment required from 2% to 5% on LOW INTEREST RATE, LIFE OF THE LOAN credit card agreements.

I am not privy to the exact numbers, but the approximately 2 million Chase Bank customers with amazingly good payment histories will be (adversely) affected by Chase Bank's unilateral, me first, scorched economy, 2% to 5% raise in the monthly minimum payment.

Chase Bank customers will LOSE BETWEEN 100 MILLION to 1 BILLION DOLLARS A MONTH as they are forced to increase payments on low interest Chase Bank loans while DECREASING PAYMENTS on HIGHER INTEREST RATE LOANS.

This 100 million to 1 BILLION DOLLARS of pilfered money will be diverted from local economies all over the country into the pockets of Chase Bank executives addicted to their obscene bonuses.Dimon's advocacy of the 2% to 5% raise in the Chase Bank monthly minimum payment requirement on low interest loans just proves he is incompetent, doesn't know what he is doing or saying, and should step down in these trouble economic times before he irrevocably ruins more lives than the number of breathes he will take even if he lives to be a hundred.

Why is Huffington Post AFRAID to print the above comment? Why?

Is the answer that the well known all protect each other, even when comments they attempt to conceal are truthful and if publicized properly could help save thousands of people from losing their homes?

Even Arianna Huffington thinks the Credit Card Companies are out of control.

Click here to read Arianna Huffington's piece about how The Credit Card Industry is doing more harm than good right now.

However, when Arianna Huffington states,
The Senate overwhelming approved legislation reining in some of the most egregious practices of credit card companies...Huffington couldn't more wrong.
The Credit Card Bill is a watered down version of what it should have been. In the near future I'll post a link to a guest column I have written for another blog in which I highlight TEN THINGS THE CREDIT CARD REFORM BILL DID NOT address, but should have.

Arianna Huffington of Huffington Post (Meant as Satire Only) Suffers Nervous Breakdown. (Meant as Satire only)

For the latest DailyPUMA article, click here.

Update (10 years later). Of all the DailyPUMA articles I have written over the years, why has this one suddenly gotten a bunch of hits? Context is... I was annoyed back in 2008 at how many entities had to get involved and influence the 2008 Democrat nomination process. Arianna Huffington was one of them. When one considers how difficult the road has been for woman to gain traction in higher positions of power and responsibility, two equally capable women, Hillary Clinton and Arianna Huffington, could find no common ground back then. While it probably was a good thing that we finally had an African American President, Barack Obama in my opinion was, as Arianna Huffington would later state,  "a bankcentric president", and who, in my opinion, screwed over millions of baby boomers when he cut them off from taking out a Home Equity Line of Equity if they had lost their job.  End of update, Sat. Oct. 4, 2019)

(The following is Hostile Satire).

It appears that Arianna Huffington never got over her own failed attempt at a TV show eleven years ago called Beat the Press. (I admit it was a great idea for a TV show, however I think Arianna needed either more than one co-host, or a different co-host). Perhaps unable to deal with the stress of other woman gaining more notoriety than herself, Arianna Huffington appears to have lost it. Has the continued success of both Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin ruined Rock Huffington? (now that's funny, no?).

As both Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin continue their successful political careers, the best Arianna Huffington can do is stay in the background, write an occasional book, get ignored, and stew about it.

It is believed that Hillary Clinton's desire to have her biggest detractors removed from Barack Obama's team as terms of her accepting Secretary of State have set Ms. Huffington into orbit.

Just last week Huffington was allegedly seen arguing with Keith Olbermann's make up person about adding a graying mustache and silver streaks to her hair so she could "do the news".

Cowering in the corner as Huffington attempted to apply silver mustache and matching silver branded hair to herself, Olbermann, known to rant at anything in a female form, decided the best course of action was to flee the station as he yelled, Scooby dooooo to the rescue.

Once Huffington was talked out of her desire to host Olbermann's show, she headed over to Rachel Maddow's set threatening to reveal that Maddow is Olbermann's altered ego, if she didn't get air time.

Huffington's takeover of the Maddow show lasted one night and was a resounding disaster. Only able to speak at half the speed and 1/5th the clarity of Maddow, Huffington held the Maddow show crew hostage for the entire hour as she shook her fist at the camera repeatedly and chortled througought the show, "I'm better than all of me put together."

Things would only get worse after Sarah Palin's interview in front of a Turkey "processing" plant which has set off additional bizarre behavior by Huffington. In a final fit of what can only be described as "I'm melting"... Huffington Post has run the following headline in an effort to derail the appointment of Hillary Clinton to Secretary of State...

One can only wonder who would give this person Venture Capital Funding to continue more of this same kind of petty garbage. (ouch, now that hurt).

Update: July 4, 2023). It's such a shame that the women of 2008 could not all get together and be on the same team because even though it may have been time for a black President, Obama's tenure ended Moderate Democrat Politics, literally, and what used to be tenable differences between Republican and Democrat policies have eroded into conflict far fiercer in tone and emotion.

Why Would a Well Known PUMA premiere an article on Huffington Post?

This is specifically why I started DailyPUMA, to help create a large enough audience so news and ideas that appear on any PUMA blog will have access to larger audiences. Seeing Will Bower's release of his voting reform article on Huffington Post holds back the PUMA movement, unless Will Bower mentions PUMA in his article.

Will Bower has chosen to premiere his primary voting idea on Huffington Post and not on a PUMA blog probably because Huffington Post's audience is a lot bigger. (note - Will Bower has responded that the reason the article is posted on Huffington Post is because an earlier article last year about the same topic also appeared on Huffington Post). What a shame that a PUMA founder would not find aid and comfort in a PUMA blog and instead go to the dark side, all the while not mentioning his PUMA roots. I can understand the need to want a bigger audience for PUMA ideas, and that is the goal of DailyPUMA.

Might somebody like to ask Will Bower if he is still a PUMA or not on his HuffPO article? I would do it but I've been banned from that site. Will Bower, are you a PUMA?
