I trust HSI trust and they say this family was robbed by Wells Fargo. Incidentally, HSI Trust will be on Nightline tonight (Monday, Jan. 16, 2012). ABC has documented how HSI Trust saves homes from the clutches of the banks.

The banks WANT YOUR HOME because they have used YOUR DEED in a ponzie scheme in which it's more lucrative to the bank to foreclose on a homeowner that qualifies for a mortgage interest rate reduction.

The homeowners most at risk are the ones that need a lower interest rate on their home or they may default. The banks just salivate for this situation. You may not be in this situation, but what about your friends or family members that are too embarrassed to say anything?

The banks are parallel foreclosing on homes even as the homeowner is dutifully following the government program that was set up to lower interest rates for homeowners who are paying too high of an interest rate.

According to Still4Hill, there was a 10% write in vote in the 2012 New Hampshire democratic primary. Besides 12 democratic candidates that were on the ballot, another 10% STILL voted for some one else not on the democratic ballot, are you kidding me?

Add Taylor Marsh to the list of women that either want to be against Hillary Clinton, or in Marsh's case, use Hillary Clinton for their own benefit and gain. If you go to the link, notice that Marsh refers to herself as a former beauty queen while using a clayed over version of Hillary Clinton for her book cover, how big of a narcissist can Marsh become?

Nancy Pelosi, Maria Shriver, Arianna Huffington, Oprah Winfrey, Donna Brazile, and now we can add Taylor Marsh to the list.

None of these women will come out and apologize for helping to ruin the middle class by going for Barack Obama in 2008 rather than simply waiting until the democratic voters had decided who they wanted.

These well known women continue to wallow in their own self delusions that they had nothing to do with millions of people losing their homes since 2008 because of Obama's obedience to Wall Street their own support of Obama over Hillary Clinton well before democratic voters had voted in 2008.

First switching to Obama in 2008, then switching away to promote her book, about Hillary Clinton.

Ironic that Paul Bedard quotes two different media sexism studies that claim it is sexist to refer to a politician by their first name, yet "Paul" only uses Hillary Clinton's first name in the headline article!

Did Rod Blagojevich actually ever receive any of the money he purportedly demanded be given to him in exchange for political favors, state funds and political positions?

I keep reading Rod Blagojevich was caught demanding money in exchange for favors, but I don't recall reading that Blagojevich actually received bribery money, deposited it, and then actually spent it.

So why did the feds not keep their wire taps going until Rod actually got money, deposited it, and then spent it? Perhaps the feds were afraid they would record Rod talking about things that he shouldn't be talking about, that would then have become part of the public record, so they cut their investigation short for that reason?

Lets just say for one moment a governor fancied themselves a maverick who was going to lure and then expose those who would buy their way into power. Would they not pretty much do what Rod Blagojevich did?

The maverick governor would make a bunch of demented, outrageous demands, then see who folds and actually agrees to their crazy demands. Once the received money was deposited the maverick governor could then hold a press conference and announce their discoveries, and have the PROOF to back it up via the deposited monies.

I'm not implying that Mr. Blagojevich was trying to be a maverick governor, or that he was actually trying to expose others who would buy their way into power. But by not having any money actually change hands the feds got what they wanted, and that may actually hurt attempts in the future for Joe Citizen to try and expose fraudulent political behavior.

Only when money has actually changed hands could a non enforcement person then make a claim of fraud against a politician.

It seems to me that because of the Blagojevich verdict we the people can never prove political corruption via bribery because we could never "fake bribe" a politician without being arrested before we could finish our own investigation.

However, our own government can now get bribery and extortion convictions without money even changing hands, and to me, this is a new, unacceptable precedent that ties the hands of Joe Citizen, or even Joe Governor, in their potential quest to find unethical politicians.

We will all be forced now to go to the government to weed out illegal political behavior, so who outside or inside of the government gets to vet the government? It appears the answer is nobody that is either a private citizen, or who was elected, and I find that alarming.

Republican Nomination Syndrome about to hit again?

First it was John McCain and his 1% approval rating back in October of 2007, McCain then went on win the 2008 republican nomination.

Could Newt Gingrich be next? Newt was assailed by the media, had something like one or two dozen of his "top advisors" quit on him during the summer because he was not preparing himself for the first republican debate, (lol, like it really mattered, there have been around a dozen with more to come), and Newt too was well under 5% in popularity at some point during the summer.

But Newt didn't quit and is now considered one of the top three republican candidates.

The republican party is rife with contradictions at this point. The 44% republican evangelical base condemned Mit Romney for being a mormon, yet according to David Letterman, Romney was the only male republican candidate who has only been married one time, and to one woman.

In my opinion the Republicans should beg Hillary Clinton to run as a Republican, her moderate, well thought out, inclusive style of politics is exactly what this country needs right now.

Movin' Up. Florida's Presidential Preference Primary Date Selection Committee announced on Friday (9/30) that the state will hold their primary on Jan. 31, 2012, ahead of the scheduled dates for the four early states: Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina.

I'm 99 percent sure that the following letter and actions being taken by home foreclosure protestors would not have been necessary under a Hillary Clinton presidency.

Dear Friends and Family,

I have made the decision to participate in a peaceful civil disobedience action at Chase headquarters in San Francisco this afternoon.

I am going to stand up for the thousands of homeowners who have already lost their homes and for countless others who have pending foreclosure sale dates. It is the right thing to do. I will not be alone and let us not forget that today is the Feast Day for Saint Michael the Archangel who is my patron saint.

I have prayed daily about this and now it is time for me to demonstrate the courage of my convictions.I do have some fear about what lies ahead. I will be at ACCE today to be trained in how to do this without being hurt. ACCE has an attorney on call for us. This is a peaceful civil disobedience action.

The robbing of home equity from homeowners and the foreclosing on homeowners for being one day late on a payment occurs because the banks and our own government created a vicious loophole in the legislation and rules that govern the banks. The legislative loophole that the elite are using to rob main street of its wealth comes from one simple missive,

That one simple sentence is causing the loss of home ownership, the prevention of jobs, and the continued erosion of main street's wealth.

Jobs to rebuild roads is not the answer. Loans to small businesses so they can go further in debt is not the answer. Focusing on "job growth" is also not the answer.

The answer my friends, is the blown credit rating our bankster friends (with the government's approval) attached to those consumers who protest ultra high credit card interest rates and student loan interest rates by refusing to pay them if they are not lowered.

The government and the banking jihad have linked any negotiations in lower interest rates for consumers who are trying to responsibly pay down their debts with a credit rating penalty. So, in trying to pay down their credit card debts, any new loan will simply reflect additional penalties that offset the offensively high interest rates the consumer was trying to get reduced.

If you were owed trillions of dollars, and your debtors told you they could pay back the existing debtload if you reduced their interest rate to 1.9%, otherwise they would have to default, would you as a responsible banker, prefer GETTING ALL OF YOUR MONEY BACK plus a small profit as well, or default?

Clearly the federal reserve printing money, as much as they want, has caused our government to be unresponsive to main street, and when Barack Obama speaks this Thursday about jobs creation, it will be nothing more than banker speak.

Barack Obama is a banker in a suit, portending to be our president. Obama will say nothing in his jobs speech about extending the infrastructure value of main street's existing wealth generating capabilities by simply reducing onerous interest rates such as Target charging it's customer's 22.90% interest on the purchase of food and merchandise from Target Stores.

The present banking and governmental system will not give an interest rate reduction to consumers who are trying to PAY DOWN their debts unless they are given a scarlet letter on their credit rating first, and that is why our economy is stumbling and fumbling.

Deep down, Barack Obama needs to admit to himself that his first few actions of his presidency were designed to reinforce his chances for a second term in office, and they have backfired miserably.

Be it trying to get the 2016 Olympics for Chicago, or his stimulus package designed to reward his supporters, or hiring Timothy Geithner, Barack Obama chose to send an already bloated budget deficit even higher as a perk that most likely benefited his own supporters the most.

I don't know who will be president in 2012, but I believe whomever runs the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau for the next four years could end up being the ideal choice for president in 2016.

If Barack Obama is hell bent on running on his record and most likely losing in 2012, I would suggest Hillary Clinton be appointed to run the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau as soon as possible so that she can either retire from politics in 2016 having made an actual difference in the U.S., or be set up for a presidential run in 2016 with the CPFB on her resume for the prior four years.

If Barack Obama wants to mend his political resume, four years as CPFB might actually be the best test for him as well. Either way, it would be foolish for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to miss this golden opportunity of running the CPFB as soon as possible.

It took OVER 20 DAYS for the Kelly Thomas, Fullerton Police beating story to break. Do you think it would have taken more than 20 minutes for a beating story to break big time if this had been a minority who had been so mercilessly beaten by the Fullerton Police?

It seems as if the affair between a Los Angeles Dodger's employer (Jamie McCourt) and an employee, (the limo driver) was viewed as irrelevant by the court.

That basically means that Jamie McCourt is free to act as inappropriately as she wishes with no consequences. Lounging around the mansion pool with your lover while Frank McCourt was out of town? Then calling the police because she was in fear that the 60 year old husband was going to manhandle her 40 year old stud lover? Really?

No matter what Frank McCourt did at that moment, the result is Jamie McCourt would either continue to draw a huge salary as a Dodger employee while publicly humiliating her husband, or Jamie McCourt get a huge settlement if her irresponsible actions initiate divorce actions.

I feel that poor behavior by a married adult female that results in their getting a lucrative financial reward keeps other women down. It certainly does not help main street women. A man may be reluctant to marry simply because of how somebody like Jamie McCourt is getting rewarded for her questionable behavior.

Yes, many men may be afraid of commitment, but it may be what they are actually afraid of is a legally binding financial commitment should their marriage go south, especially if they are not even the reason the marriage went south. Once married, it seems as if poor behavior by a woman may spell a financial albatross for the man, and that is unfair to the many women who would never behave in an irresponsible manner the way it appears that Jamie McCourt has.

Tiger Woods lost big time for his behavior, but Jamie McCourt seems headed to a lucrative financial reward no matter how she behaves, and probably another million men have sworn off marriage as a result.

Keith Olbermann relieved of his old timer's day broadcasting duties, should we be surprised?

In less than one year's span, two different corporate entities have felt the need to fire Keith Olbermann, the first time (MSNBC fired Olbermann) I entirely agree with, the second one the Yankees should be fined 10 million dollars for firing Olbermann.

In the first case, Olbermann was fired from MSNBC for donating money to democratic politicians whom he had interviewed or was going to interview on his MSNBC TV show. It was also an excellent way to get out of a huge possibly 16 million dollar contract that Olbermann apparently received for his 2008 democratic nomination efforts.

In the second case, Olbermann tweeted a photo of a New York Yankee staffer apparently stealing signs and sending them to the yankee hitters on deck. That pretty much means Olbermann was exposing the New York Yankees cheating, and he should not have been fired for that.

However, I'll never forget his badgering and pummeling of Hillary Clinton during the 2008 democratic presidential nomination race, Olbermann and Arianna Huffington played pivotal roles in overriding blue collar democrats choice for president (Hillary Clinton) as the democratic nominee, and neither have ever been brought to justice for their crimes against the american voter.

While trying to avoid any and all references about Mr. Weiner, some pictures of his abs and chest were suddenly paraded on one of the television news stations.

The picture of Mr. Weiner's abs and chest made me realize something, the guy appears to be very slender, yet muscular, and, he is really proud of his body. I just want to suggest that the only people who should really be judging Mr. Weiner are other's who have taken the time to keep their bodies chiseled the way that it appears Mr. Weiner has.

The point is really simple, it's easy to judge someone else's narcissism when we haven't taken the time to be in the same physical shape as they. For those of us who can't match up to Mr. Weiner's pecs or abs, we all should just lighten up and let those who also have well toned pecs and abs decide Mr. Weiner's fate.

I'm curious if we'll ever see a twitter controversy over twittered pictures of a portly congressman with more hair on his back than front, balding, blubbery, and proud of it.

One of the reason's Barack Obama survived a real vetting in 2008 was that people were attacking his supporters, and in many instances Obama's supporters were of a different ethnicity than the person doing the attacking or accusing. This racial difference between the attackers and those under scrutiny allowed for the cry of racism to be made.

Let no portly, balding, harried back person out there have their voice heard when it comes to opposing what Weiner did since their opinion is completely irrelevant because they can't match up physically to Mr. Weiner's physique.

"John Edwards and Barack Obama DID ruin everything. Barack Obama has helped engineer the biggest banking homeowner theft in the history of the United States.

Barack Obama has sanctioned that only homeowners who drop to their knees and hand over the keys to their home to the banks be the ONLY ONES remotely eligible for a mortgage rate reduction, a practice known as parallel foreclosure and dual track foreclosure.

Barack Obama may have cheated in the Iowa primaries as well. A look at Obama precinct wins in Iowa shows an overwhelming victory total from precincts directly touching Illinois plus precincts next to those touching Illinois. In other words, Obama supporters from Illinois may have infiltrated the Iowa caucuses.

Barack Obama also accepted millions upon millions of dollars in pre-paid credit card donations that required NO donor identification, so names like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck were used in thousands of instances. ONLY Barack Obama had such lax donation acceptance practices.

Illinois was allowed to move up their democratic primary date from the end of March 2008 to the beginning of February 2008, even as Michigan and Florida democratic voters were disqualified from having their votes mean anything.

For Salon to have the gall to imply that it was Edwards who "almost" ruined the democratic party when Barack Obama's cheating ways continue to trumpet key policy making decisions is, insane.

Some storm chaser's cars have rounded edges and drop down flanks that almost touch the surface of the road. The low to the ground approach may cause a Tornado to swirl over the storm chaser's car rather than lift it up off the ground.

Building the same old buildings that break apart like twigs and then ride the tornado riddle skies like high spears ready to tear destroy more buildings, how about building a monolithic dome instead?

Simply allocating rebuilding money so people can make the same type of tornado unsafe home design that they had before the tornado qualifies for the definition of insanity, (doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result).

Later on in the article it mentions that there are only 4 dredgers available instead of the normal 7.

We have a president who is so in over his head that even after 3 DOZEN POLITICIANS WROTE TO HIM ABOUT THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER DREDGING UNDERFUNDING, Barack Obama did nothing and now he's about to flood thousands of homeowners and business people out of their homes and businesses.

We have a president who knowingly cut 40 million dollars from the Mississippi River dredging budget and which will probably result in over A BILLION DOLLARS IN homeland damage and heartache for tens of thousands of americans, business people, farmers, retired people, people on fix incomes, many who soon will be homeless because of the Mississippi River flooding, flooding that is PREVENTABLE by dredging the bottom of the Mississippi River.

Barack Obama promised Change, and Change is what I want, darn it!

I wanted a supposedly intelligent president emboldened by his team of rivals to change how the U.S. problem solves recurring issues such as reducing and minimizing the affect of Mississippi River flooding.

I did a little research and the Army Corp of Engineers pre-ordains how deep the Mississippi River will be dredged based on how deep the biggest ships bottoms that traverse the Mississippi extend below the surface of the Mississippi River. The biggest ships may sit 40 feet deep so the Army Corp of Engineers adds seven feet for safety, for the boats!

Isn't that special.

Is it possible the Army Corp of Engineers actually is satisfied with dredging the Mississippi River to a depth that allows shipping lanes to flow freely, but won't go the extra five or ten feet that might prevent virtually all imminent Mississippi flooding that may cause over a billion dollars in damage?

Has a cost / risk dredging versus flooding benefit analysis been done?

If the Federal government spends 40 million to a hundred million dollars a year to dredge portions of the Mississippi river, what would the benefit be if that amount was increased an extra 50 million dollars?

If this year's flood produces a billion or two billion dollars in neighborhood flooding damage, wouldn't spending 50 million extra on the front end be a wise investment if it saves one to two billion dollars on the back end?

I read that the U.S. government actually CUT Mississippi River dredging funds IN HALF this year!

Is it possible that the dredged Mississippi River mud might have value as potting soil or for people's gardens? What about calling the dredged up mud Mississippi Mud and selling it across the country?

What if the extra 50 million dollars used to dredge the Mississippi was used to pay returning war veterans to actually assist in the dredging of the Mississippi River?

Yes, a jobs program that creates IMMEDIATE, TANGIBLE jobs and SAVES THE COUNTRY MONEY by REDUCING FLOOD DAMAGE, while also creating a NEW PRODUCT that benefits americans all across the country!

Instead, Barack Obama, (just as George Bush before him), will photo op along the Mississippi River in the coming couple of weeks, grimacing, telling flood victims that the U.S. government is here to help them with low interest rate loans to help repair their flood damaged homes, flood damage that most likely could have been prevented in the first place.

"As nervous as I was about, this whole process, the one thing I didn't lose sleep over, was, the possibility of taking Bin Laden out.

Uh and, uh I think that uh ANYONE who would question that the perpetrator of mass murder, on american soil, uh, didn't deserve what he got, uh, needs to have their head examined." -Barack Obama
(Obama nods in agreement with himself). end quote.

I give Barack Obama credit for one thing, Barack Obama is adept at reframing the discussion to his position, even when his position leaves out so many important facets of the issue that are being discussed. Let's breakdown Barack Obama's final comment from his Sixty Minutes interview with Steve Kroft.

"As Nervous as I was about, this whole process, the one thing that I did not lose sleep over, was, the possibility of taking Bin Laden out".

Huh? "I did not lose sleep over the possibility of taking Bin Laden out"? Wasn't that what the MISSION WAS ABOUT!

What Barack Obama leaves out is the REAL core issue, the truthful, self damning realization by Barack Obama, something he would never admit to, would have been to admit to the following statement.
"As nervous as I was about this whole process, the one thing that I did not consider was the possibility of Bin Laden peacefully surrendering"
As I stated earlier, Barack Obama is adept at framing the question to his position, even when his position leaves out so many important facets of the issue being discussed.

Barack Obama then states,
"Justice was done."

Barack Obama has a history of using any legal technicalities he can extract from the mud to win his political races, the comment "Justice was done", in my opinion was an insult to the entire american judicial system.

There was "NO JUSTICE", there was revenge, there was avenging, there was NO PROOF that Bin Laden acted alone that would allow Barack Obama to flog the meaning of the word justice in the most brutal and anti american way imaginable.

Go watch Bonanza, dude. Even when known criminals were being accused of new crimes, there were the Cartwrights demanding the alleged person be given a trial.

Do not flout the word "justice" and mix it into your reasoning for justifying the invading and murdering of an unarmed man.

Rashard Mendenhall said nothing controversial about Osama Bin Laden.

I thought what Rashard Mendenhall said regarding the Osama Bin Laden assassination was very eloquent, thought provoking, and spot on. In a prior Daily PUMA article, I too stated my concern over celebrating the killing of an unarmed man without any intent for a trial.

I first raised my concerns on Wall Street Change just after I saw the celebrating.

Mendenhall has lost one corporate sponsor, the corporate sponsor apparently does not agree with questioning the celebration of a pre-ordained human execution without a trial.

Amazing.

No matter what you believe about the WTC tragedy, there are suspicious circumstances to consider that could mean that Bin Laden did not act alone. Number one for me is that the buildings came down at 10:00 and 10:30. That's the kind of thing someone who would be detonating a bomb would do.

The mathematical odds that both buildings would come down on the hour or half an hour (lets say 9:59, 10:00, 10:01, and 10:29, 10:30, 10:31) would be 1 out of 20 x 1 out of 20, also known as 1 out of 400 that both buildings would actually fall on the hour or half hour.

It has been reported that a week or two before the WTC tragedy that the WTC went dark for a full day, and the building was closed for "repairs". Putting a transponder in the buildings would have made it much easier to autopilot a plane crash into each building.

But who could authorize the closing of particular floors for the planting of either a transponder or implosion bombs? How about Marvin Bush, George Bush's brother, who was a higher up for the company that did "security" for the WTC at the time the planes crashed into the WTC.

Building seven was "put down" on orders, (meaning detonation) and this admission was made on the Larry King show a year later. Unlike the WTC, personnel from buildings 6 and 7 were immediately evacuated after the planes hit the towers. This is kind of a big deal since it was building 7 that was "downed" later in the day. Was building 7 downed so that ongoing investigations would have to start over because of lost evidence?

Why were portions of the WTC "powered down" just weeks and days before 911? This would mean that security cameras were not in operation. There are reports that bomb sniffing dogs were also removed from the premises as well.

A huge array of one of a kind documents were lost in the downing of the buildings, particularly building seven, which included ongoing investigations related to Wall Street fraud.

The WTC used a huge amount of energy to keep it heated in the winter, and cooled in the summer, and apparently the heating and cooling costs made a huge dent in the overall real estate value of the building.

Clearly the crashing of the planes into the WTC was an ACT OF WAR, ACT'S OF WAR are NOT covered by insurance, yet the owner of the WTC was cut a check for several billion dollars for his loss even as the first responders who have suffered ongoing health problems from being at ground zero have not been helped.

In the book "Pigs at Trough", by Arianna Huffington, there is mention of a secret August 2001 meeting at the Bush ranch during one of George Bush's extended vacations, and there were rumblings at that meeting of trying to do something big to stop the precipitous fall in Mr. Bushes popularity ratings, which had fallen faster at the beginning of a term for any president in history.

Who made money from the WTC Tragedy? It seems like the rich got richer, and those with military connections and investments got the richest of all. Now one person who might have shed light on anything not heard of, is assassinated without a trial.

My point is, this is NOT an open and shut case of one person masterminding what happened on WTC, and to punish people for bringing up THIS VIEWPOINT is not something that should be done in a nation that claims to be for freedom.

George Soros says the right thing about todays political landscape after having done the wrong thing in the past.

I have been stating over and over and over that Fox cable news and MSNBC cable news have polarized the political landscape in this country by reporting stories from a steadfast right, or unflinching left perspective.

I have also stated over and over again that until a third cable news channel starts reporting news from the moderate liberal position, (aka centrist), which perhaps as many as 50% of the population supports as being the closest to their own political beliefs, the U.S. will simply suffocate themselves in a polarizing us versus them war of words.

Along comes George Soros in a News Max article, who basically says the same thing as I have been saying. Here is a quote from George Soros in the News Max article link above that I find just amazing.

Political extremism is “endangering our open society,” he said. “As I see it, the two sides in the current disputes have each got hold of one half of the truth which they proclaim to be the whole truth.” -George Soros

Yet it was George Soros, and George Soros funded liberal democrat groups that attacked Hillary Clinton while supporting Barack Obama in 2008. George Soros got the guy he wanted in office, yet now he opines that the whores on the left and the whores on the right have all the power and the result is half truths at every step.

Isn't Barack Obama the king of the half truths? Barack Obama has support among Wall Street, yet he also has community based activism support as well, only a half-truther could accomplish this feat.

So Mr. Soros, put your money where your mouth is and fund a THIRD CABLE NEWS CHANNEL, one that is that neither left, nor right, but one that actually investigates the issues and points out the pro's and cons and perhaps even offers real solutions. And while you're at it, maybe you could apologize to Hillary Clinton for having your minions gang up on her in 2008 and label her polarizing.

There is a reason why foreign males who don't move to the United States and then become citizens of the United States, are not supposed to father future presidents of the United States, it's called conflict of interest. It's why political officials of all other countries cannot impregnate a U.S. citizen and then years later have that offspring be eligible to become president or vice president of the United States, unless that political official from another country moves to the United States and then at some point becomes a U.S. Citizen.

Almost 250 years ago the motivation for the Natural Born Citizen rule was most likely to prevent British Army officials from impregnating a female U.S. citizen and then having that child growing up eligible to run for president or vice president of the United States. Our founding fathers feared that the father from a foreign country could hold sway over his offspring and thereby compromise the running of the United States.

Last I remember, almost 250 years ago, MOST, if not all, English Army Officials were caucasian, so it's not racist to apply this same standard to ANY FATHER from ANY OTHER COUNTRY of the world as well.

If however, 250 years ago a British Army official fathered a child with a U.S. citizen, and then that British Army Official moved to the United States and became a United States citizen, this could be considered the after the fact way for a male from another country to father a child with a female U.S. Citizen, and then convert that childs designation from U.S. Citizen to Natural Born citizen.

As far as I know, Natural Born Citizenship guidelines have never been authenticated. In regards to an after the fact Natural Born Citizenship, the question becomes, at what age would a male from another country who had already fathered a child with a U.S. citizen have to A, move to the United States, and B, become a citizen of the United States, to ensure that their offspring could be designated as an after the fact Natural Born citizen?

Most people who discuss natural born citizenship rules believe that the time of birth determines if a newborn is a natural born citizen or not. I disagree, and have coined my own phrase, an after the fact natural born citizen. An after the fact natural born citizen designation REMOVES ALL HINTS OF RACISM since ANY MALE ANYWHERE ON THE PLANET could theoretically move to the United States and become a U.S. citizen, even after the birth of their american child, and thereby allow that child to become a Natural Born Citizen.

I think a foreigner does not have to become a U.S. citizen before, during or immediately after a pregnancy if the mother is a U.S. citizen. However, it would be reasonable to assume that at some point before a child reaches their teens, that dad had moved to the United States, and then sometime thereafter, (preferably before their child became an actual adult), would then become a U.S. Citizen. This is what is so frustrating about Barack Obama's situation regarding his own natural born citizenship problem, as time went on Barack Obama's father was distancing himself from the United States, not embracing it.

So even if the natural born citizen rules were even more lax, like, the father would need to become a United States citizen before his son or daughter could run for president, it would not have mattered in the case of Barack Obama's father because he distanced himself from the U.S. and his son, and then passed away.

If Barack Obama's father had at some point moved to the United States, and then at some point there after become a U.S. citizen, I would consider Barack Obama's father to have been a U.S. citizen, and therefore, Barack Obama would have become an after the fact natural born citizen. But that never happened. If Barack Obama's father had at least moved to the United States, that too could be used as an argument for natural born citizen status for Barack Obama.

The actions of Barack Obama's father are basically in complete opposition to what a foreign born father would need to do to ensure that their own offspring would one day be considered an "after the fact" natural born citizen.

Barack Obama's father not only left the United States, but he became a KENYAN POLITICIAN, the absolutely WORST case scenario, even for an after the fact natural born citizenship. Being a politician from ANY COUNTRY who fathers a child with a U.S. citizen would be the one universal rule for a child being a U.S. citizen, but not a Natural Born citizen. Yet in theory, that would not be a deal breaker as long as the child's father eventually came to the United States, and hopefully at some point became a U.S. Citizen.

Barack Obama's contention that simply because his mother was a U.S. Citizen, even a Natural Born U.S. citizen, automatically grants him Natural Born Citizen status in my opinion is in error. Mom's citizenship bought him time, 18 years worth of time??? Even if the timeline to when Dad would need to move to the United States and become a U.S. citizen so that Barack Obama could become an after the fact natural born citizen, SOME timeline should exist.

Barack Obama's inability to connect with main street, referring to many main streeters as gun loving, bitter people, is most likely directly related to not having a father who LIVED in the United States, nor a father who also showed his love for THIS COUNTRY by becoming a U.S. Citizen.

Barack Obama is a U.S. citizen, but I do not believe he is a natural born citizen. However, the good news is, his daughters are natural born citizens!

In case you are wondering why Barack Obama threw in everything but the kitchen sink today when he made his announcement about his own birth certificate, I believe it was Barack Obama flinching because he knows he does not meet the real criteria for being either a natural born citizen or an after the fact natural born citizen.

One argument that could be made against a foreign father becoming a U.S. citizen before their offspring can be declared natural born is, what difference does it make to the child if their dad was a U.S. citizen but also a deadbeat dad who was never in the child's life?

This is an excellent question. The answer is, mom and dad have at the very least a physical connection, and possibly an emotional one as well. I'd rather dad at the very least live in the United States and be amenable to becoming a U.S. Citizen if for no other reason than to reduce the possibility of trying to influence the son's political philosophy via the mother. However, a father who lives in the United States would be free to discuss one U.S. political philosophy versus another one.

One could then argue, Even if everything you have written is completely valid, the entire issue of natural born citizenship is an arcane idea that is no longer needed". Maybe yes, maybe no. As I cited above, I think Barack Obama does not connect with main street. Barack Obama appears to have more of an allegiance with a foreign father whom he barely knew, and who was a foreigner, than his own mother.

Just as Barack Obama finished writing his first book in late 1994, his mother was diagnosed with cancer. After visiting Indonesia and possibly Bali to finish writing his first book, and then soon after finding out that his mother had just been diagnosed with cancer, did Barack Obama visit his mother in Hawaii and then stay with her during her final year on this planet as she battled her cancer?

It appears that Barack Obama chose the memory of his foreign father over the real life struggle of her own mother. Maybe things would have gone differently and Mr. Obama would have been there for his mom in her final year on the planet had dad had been living in america, even if he wasn't in Barack's or his mother's life.

Barack Obama's own agenda in the early to mid 90's seems to show what can happen when dad doesn't live in the United States, a unknown dads foreign life is prioritized by Barack Obama over the mother who raised him and now needed him as she battled her cancer.

What about Barack Obama being raised by his grandfather, who was as american as they come? Once again, this just proves that Barack Obama is aware he is not a natural born citizen because he has attempted in the past to say his grandfather was his true father who raised him.

But Barack Obama's actions speak louder than his words. Did Barack Obama write a book about his grandfather slash father or his own mother? No, Barack Obama wrote a book about his foreign FATHER.

Having lived both in the Mid West and the West Coast, I've had a chance to compare some of the different types of dangerous weather and environmental tragedies that hit different regions of the country.

Ok, they're all bad, and they're all different. I guess the ones that strike me as the most terrifying are the kind of storms that just recently happened in North Carolina, and then again in Kentucky. Even though earthquakes can potentially be the most dangerous of all, (although floods are no picnics either) there's something about watching something approach your home that is bigger and stronger (such as a hurricane, storm or Tornado) than anything Hollywood has ever concocted that will be on top of you and your home, no ifs and or buts, and then will just move on down the road as if it wasn't personal, that I find possibly the most frightening.

Should PUMA's back any presidential political candidate in 2012?

In a previous article a few months ago I gave my explanation of where PUMA's have gone after the rigged 2008 democratic nomination contest. In this article, I have to ask the question, why are we supporting any presidential political candidate in 2012?

I just don't think it is wise to back any presidential candidate in 2012 because we are presently being polarized to death by the far right and far left cable news channels known as Fox and MSNBC. I have not watched either Fox or MSNBC for more than a total of an hour or two in the past two years.

While I tend to think that Fox isn't as extreme as MSNBC, neither Fox nor MSNBC cover important issues from a centrist viewpoint. Fox analyzes MSNBC's position, and distances themselves from it, and MSNBC does the same towards Fox.

The result is what I call news regression, news entrenchment, news polarization. No matter who you may like in 2012, be it Palin, Trump, Romney or Obama, the fact remains that the news outlets that report the news will continue to ignore centrist america, what I call the moderate liberal.

A moderate liberal is a liberal that actually cares about the budget and does not want a handout in exchange for their vote. Moderate Liberals tend to be middle aged and older and are family oriented. if you are one of the 70 million americans taking care of an elderly family member, or one of 15 million americans taking care of a parent with alzheimers, you are probably a moderate liberal.

liberalism in moderation.

Yet liberalism in moderation is NOT what either Fox or MSNBC are about. The result is a massive under representation of what moderate liberal americans want, or are interested in, by both Fox and MSNBC.

If you choose to support any mainstream presidential candidate in 2012, you give your blessing to what happened in 2008 as being "one of those things", and now its time to "move on". I would suggest before you give into the temptation of moving on and supporting a presidential candidate in 2012, you fight for a third cable news channel that places itself exactly in the middle of Fox and MSNBC, and you say it whenever the issue of politics comes up.

"I'm not supporting any presidential candidate in 2012 until there is a third cable news option that is exactly in the middle of Fox and MSNBC".

If you don't agree, then you validating the 2008 democratic presidential race without any chance for "change" going forward in 2012.

One of my biggest pet peeves against Barack Obama was that he was writing his tribute book about his sperm donor father in the early 90's in Bali, even as his mother was being diagnosed and fighting cancer in Hawaii. Barack Obama literally had to fly over where his mother was fighting cancer in Hawaii to go Bali.

I have not been able to find an actual exact Timeline of Barack Obama's book writing in Bali and his mother's battle with cancer in Hawaii, but even if the book was barely finished when Stanley Ann Dunham was first diagnosed with cancer, isn't it odd that a book about his deadbeat and passed father was of such priority that he could not find the time to fight for the life of his still living mother?

Maybe the excuse would be, when Barack Obama was in Bali, his mother had not been diagnosed yet, when the book was finished, then he learned of his mother's conditions, and by then he could not afford the additional time off to be there for his mother.

Ok, I would be able to accept that, assuming it were true, and IF Barack Obama had not OWNED his mother's cancer treatment battle with the insurance companies as if it were his own personal struggle by referring to it during the 2008 democratic presidential campaign against Hillary Clinton, in campaign commercials, and then again in the second debate against John McCain.

It appears that Barack Obama chose to write his book about his deadbeat dad in Bali but then was not there for his mother when she was diagnosed with cancer soon after Barack's book was finished. The press has never asked him about the timing of these two relatively close events in his life.

Would you prioritize writing a tribute book about one of your passed parents and then not personally helping your still living parent in their battle against cancer? Would you then use your own mother's cancer experience, of which it appears you did not participate in, to gain sympathy and votes for your own career?

The Polarizing Cable News Channels are ruining the United States.

Barack Obama admires Jamie Dimon. Dimon, Winfrey and Obama all have their business roots in Chicago.

It is silly to criticize Jamie Dimon's tactics while liking Barack Obama. Obama's campaign engineered the biggest pre-paid credit card donation swindle ever perpetrated during a presidential campaign.

Wall street wanted Barack Obama in 2008, not Hillary Clinton, because Hillary Clinton has way less wall street puppet strings attached to her than Barack Obama.

Hillary Clinton can't win in 2012 because cable news reporting is intentionally decisive, pushing people into either supporting MSNBC and Barack Obama, or Fox News and the republican candidate.

Ironically, there is a huge swath in the middle, called main street, who are Hillary Clinton supporters and who have been disregarded and marginalized.

Until we have a cable news network that is not as polarizing as either Fox or MSNBC, nothing will "change".

Isn't it ironic that polarizing cable news channels were the ones that tried to stick Hillary Clinton with the polarizing label in 2008?

Look no further than the Wisconsin collective bargaining ongoing news story. MSNBC didn't focus on numbers, nor intelligent compromise solutions, (such as collapsing the numerous collective bargaining unions into ONE COLLECTIVE). Fox didn't focus on solutions other than simply eliminating collective bargaining.

In the cadence of Charlie Sheen various sloganeering, the new catch word is, POLARIZING!

Overheard during Seattle Mariners vs Cleveland Indians April 09, 2011 game, top of the 7th, Who should be the next president? Answer, Hillary Clinton.

You had to see it to appreciate it. Before the start of the seventh inning Seattle Mariners vs Cleveland Indians baseball game the roving reporter had a Felix Hernandez bobblehead to give away. The contest between mom and daughter was to name all of the presidents in a row.

The two knew all the presidents and they sang them out in unison in a sort of sing songy way. At the very end, they yelled out Barack Obama very loudly, giddy that they were done.

The reporter then asked them who would be the next president in 2012, and after a relatively short pause, mom says, "Clinton again." Probably referring to Bill's better half. But how can that be when our own cable news media is so polarized to the far left and far right, leaving the vast huge middle of the country unrepresented?

On Libya, Barack Obama seems to get criticized no matter what he does or does not do.

At first, I seemed to recall that Barack Obama was criticized for doing nothing in regards to Libya. When Barack Obama finally initiated some type of action, with the incredible innovation of actually having European Nato Allies handed over the running of the military operation, people then criticized Mr. Obama for either not doing enough, or not being clear about what his plan was.

George Bush was pretty clear when he claimed a premature victory and stated, "Bring it on", and several thousand american soldiers would subsequently lose their lives after that marvelous three word slogan was trotted out.

If it is true that peaceful, public, libyan protestors were literally strafed by their own military aircraft and hundreds were murdered as a result, and if it is true that there have actually been a few Libyan pilots who have landed their planes in other countries asking for aslylum, then clearly Gaddafi may have overstepped his role as a dictator and was on the verge of becoming a mass murderer.

If Barack Obama has made a mistake, it was not hunting down and finding corroborating video footage of the massacre of innocent Libyan protestors by Gaddafi. A crime so heinous that it led to some of his own military fleeing his rule and landing their planes in other countries.

By not supporting Barack Obama, you may be helping to empower Gaddafi and his childish tantrums with lethal weapons. Gaddafi may not Libya leave if he believes he has any international support at all.

Before I started Daily PUMA after the November 2008 presidential election, I was originally a member of the Hillary Clinton Forum after having just stumbled into the whole 2008 democratic nomination scam by accident, literally.

A foot injury caused me to be couch bound for about 7 -10 straight days in early February of 2008. During that week to 10 days I watched a whole lot of MSNBC and their bizarre coverage of the 2008 democratic nomination race.

After what can only be described as waterboard torture administered by Keith Olbermann over the airwaves as I recuperated from my foot injury on my couch, I went from being a completely ambivalent democrat over whether or not Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama won, to an angry, angry democrat completely freaked out over the media's completely biased coverage of the 2008 democratic race, coverage that favored Barack Obama.

As time marched forward I began researching the extent of the 2008 democratic caucus fraud, media misdeeds and the profound level of relationship betrayals that it took to finally get Barack Obama over the top. At some point in May of 2008 I came up with the idea to make protest postcards that could be mailed to ALL of the 2008 democratic delegates BEFORE they arrived at the democratic convention.

Each Protest Postcard had a message that related to the 2008 democratic fraud nomination process. My belief was that one protest postcard message in the hands of a delegate might have more impact that a hundred angry emails.

To my surprise, my protest postcard idea was rebuffed by many of the most well known Hillary Clinton supporters and bloggers. I've always believed that it takes a coalition of believers with ideas that makes sense, to make a difference, but I've never been very good at the "politics" of being accepted.

I have contemplated for the past few years what would cause a true Hillary Clinton supporter to not be excited by the protest postcard idea and will address that issue in a further article.

There is a fine line between trying to profit from an idea, and using that idea to help create normalcy and fairness regarding how the media and our own politicians wage their election battles. My fine line was that the only way I could make money from the protest postcard idea was if the postcards actually helped get Hillary Clinton the nomination.

In other words, if 15,000 to 30,000 of these postcards actually got printed and mailed to the few thousand delegates, enough delegates could have been turned to give Hillary Clinton the nomination. Postcard runs of that size would have to make a miniscule amount of profit from each postcard, otherwise I would run the risk of significantly going into the red. If however, only a couple thousand were sent out, I would lose money. So if Hillary wins, I win, if Hillary loses, I lose. Works for me.

I compromised on my original run of protest postcards. I did a thousand each for each postcard, plus a second run of one of the postcards.

lol, I lost money on the protest postcard venture but I felt I handled the procedure the correct way. I would much rather pay to create the postcards with my own money up front, than announce I was making the cards ahead of time to see if I could get enough pre-orders to not risk my own money at all. While getting pre-orders may be good business sense, it flies in the face of supporting a candidate because you believe they will do the best job of anybody running.

Plus, where was the risk if one offers pre-sales? If the protest postcard pre-sale idea is golden, the person with the idea comes off like a true Hillary Clinton supporter without ever having risked their own money. I'm glad I risked my own money, because my conscience is pure, I had a great idea, but not enough places to go to get enough people to back it.

Of all the protest postcard rejections that I received, the most hurtful one was from Lambert Strether at Correntewire (I assume not his real name as that is the name of a literary character). I had just been approved for "membership" at correntewire but because I mentioned my protest postcards more than once, Lambert immediately banned me without any type of additional questioning.

I could not comprehend how people allegedly backing Hillary Clinton would not bend over backwards to help any idea that might help get Hillary Clinton elected in 2008. So from that point on, I just presumed that Correntewire was a faux pro Hillary Clinton site. After I started Daily PUMA later that year, any alleged Hillary Clinton pro site that would post a link to Correntewire, but not Daily PUMA, had some explaining to do, and that's putting it politely. See for yourself, if you see an alleged pro Hillary Clinton site with a link to correntwire, but no link to Daily PUMA, be aware.

All of this is background to what follows next.

Today I came across this remembrance of Basement Angel by SICKOFITRADLZ. Please read this remembrance as it is a nice tribute to Basement Angel.

SICKOFITRADLZ'S tribute helped tie up some loose ends for me as well. Apparently Basement Angel was the one poster at Correntwire who could be counted on to rebuff the anti Hillary nonsense that was posted there as part of the Barack Obama trollingbrigade that went around either CONCERN TROLLING, (AND STILL DOING IT!) or attacking Hillary Clinton without identifying themselves as a Barack Obama supporter.

ONE POSTER?

That's it? Only one poster (Basement Angel) at correntwire could be counted on to attack any and all stupid Barack Obama shills that were against Hillary Clinton?

Amazingly enough, Lambert was apparently considered a PUMA by the buttheads at RumpRoast. And while we're at it, lets not forget the alleged Hillary Clinton supporter turned Obot, Taylor Marsh.

If anyone reading this was a friend of Basement Angel, why not go to correntwire and find her best Hillary Clinton comments, and do a tribute article about her and include those comments.
