Daily PUMA Column - Commentary by Alessandro Machi

Thursday, August 21, 2014

Looks like DailyPUMA went over the one million mark in hits around Tuesday, August 19th, 2014.

Just noticed now, two days later, that DailyPUMA went over the 1 million visitors mark. Not sure how the google counter works since different stat counters don't pick up the same number of hits as the google counter does.

Sure wish bloggers who are always on one side or the other of the political spectrum would figure out how to be moderate from time to time.

Congratulations! I've been at it since Katrina and am nowhere near that mark. Your continued support of veterans and your untiring effort toward debt neutrality have surely garnered you supporters.

Thanks for the kind words. I am skeptical of the running total however. For some strange reason there was a spike in daily viewers that started late last year.

However, I don't see the same spike with other counters so it may or may not be accurate. I just felt it was good to mark the date for future reference if necessary.

Facebook groups seem to be taking over. However I think blogs are a better way to search for older articles when necessary.
